Giani Zail Singh Campus College of Engineering and Technology (GZSCCET), Bathinda is the first institute in Punjab established in 1989. Initially set up as Government Engineering College, it was converted to an autonomous institute as Giani Zail Singh College of Engineering and Technology (GZSCET) in year 1992.
The college offers several courses at undergraduate and postgraduate level in various field such as Engineering, Science, Management and Computer Applications.
Admission in B.Tech and B.Arch is done on the basis of marks scored in JEE Main and NATA respectively. The college fill up the vacant seats, if any, by giving direct admission to the eligible candidates.
Admission to PG courses is done on the basis of marks scored in pre-qualified examination.

Candidates who have studied and passed 10+2 level or equivalent in concerned subjects will have to appear in Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) conducted by CENTRAL BOARD OF SECONDARY EDUCATION. Marks obtained in JEE will decide the fate of the eligible candidates. The college also offers Direct Admission only if some seats are vacant.
Admission in B.Arch is done on the basis of marks scored in National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA). Degree course in the academic session shall be conducted by Council of Architecture.

At postgraduate level, the college offers several courses such as Master of Technology (M.Tech), Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Science (M.Sc) for a duration of two years. Giani Zail Singh Engineering College also offers Master of Computer Application (MCA) and MCA (Lateral) for a duration of three years and two years respectively. Apply for PG Courses
