- Most loved is our crowd of college like there is no fights in our college and students come from a decent family and background
- Campus is safe for students no fights .ICC for students complaint in which your name would be not disclosed and action would definitely be taken against bully.
- Faculty and principal are very nice they look at all of ours problem and solve as soon as possible . If it's related to education and facilities in college problem might be solved within hours
Dislikes
- Most disliked thing is poor infrastructure our building is old and small with not much space but management is working on it to resolve this problem
- Sports facilities are less like for basketball there is no basketball court in our college we have to write an application and had to go in different colleges for practice of basketball .
- Our campus is interconnected with Aryabhatta which is both good and bad but Aryabhatta had taken our better building which I do not like classroom and building which are better are taken by Aryabhatta college
Course Curriculum Overview
I have choosen this course as i didn't have maths in class 12 and only option to pursue economics from du is ba programme. Curriculum prepares us for real world but it is not that much practical curriculum should be more practical but teachers help us understanding real world problems by using economics.
Internships Opportunities
I didn't do any internship from college but I had seen many big companies in our campus like tata tech and many consultants companies which were providing better stipend to studen around 15000 per month which is very much than other internship.
Placement Experience
For campus placement students must be of 2nd year which means fourth semester . Last year 50+ companies visited campus for placements Most of students who opt for placements get placement with highest package last year according to my knowledge was 700000 rupees per annum I would pursue master after completing my bachelor's
Fees and Financial Aid
There is no as such fees increase my current fee is 16400 per year it is complete charge there is only examination fees except this no other charges from fees is taken. There are many scholarships but you will get it in second year . There are also free laptop provided by college which they will take back at end of the year
Campus Life
Name of our annual cultural fest is splendour which is mainly held between March and April . Other than this many different cultural events are held . In 2024 splendour there were three different artists who had performed 1.) Ndee kundu 2.) Jassie gill 3) babbal Rai I have not visited library much but RLA library is biggest and best library of whole south campus it had many books and journals almost every book which is needed is available there. Facilities is classroom such as smart board and projector are their and soon ac's will be installed. Sports is not that much in our college Only football cricket volleyball kabaddi judo and badminton is there. There are many societies in our college which help up brushing the personality of an individual
Admission
Everyone is eligible for my course Admission can be taken through cuet entrance examination held once in a year Reservation benefits are there in this course Every 6 months semester end exams take place they are easy if you study ten years before exams Improvement in preference sheet can be one of the biggest improvement in Delhi University admission process as it is complicated for students .
Faculty
All faculty are good most of them pursuing PhD Student to teacher ratio is about 1 teacher for 30 students Classes are very interactive all doubts are cleared. If needed extra classes are given . Teacher also clarify doubts on mail if college are closed. Teachers are very much approachable. In mentor mentee one can also discuss about their personal problems and issues which are outside of the college like pg hostel food related issues .
