My brother was earlier studying in this college so i choose to continue this course in this college being a information science students I love coding, sem exams are basically arranged every 4 months in between there are 2 internals and assignments including labs

College provides internships for 1 months from 5th sem onwards, you can visit various companies and you have to submit certificates to the college as per university rules, from 4th sem we have mini projects to showcasebour creativity by selecting projects on various topics

Our university norms provide job opportunties from 7th sem onwards,various companies can visit the college campus, from 5th sem college provides internship opportunities therby students can complete their courses, Mean package is about 6lacks in this college

When I joined management fees was 1lakh rupees in 2022 now this year there is a spike of 50 thousand which is a total of 1.50 laks for management, various scholarships are also available including government and college own scholarships

Anually college aranges two functions namely gathavaibhava in which they showcase the culture and traditions of the land and other is college annual day which showcases modern dances and songs, Various student organized social groups are present for helping awareness in socities such as blood camps

I reside in the college hostel itself so 4 beds are arranged in a single room and a attached bathroom, 24 hrs water and electricity supply along with wifi connectivity all over the hostel campus, you can register for hostel in hostel office itself

To get admitted into the collage,you came come through KCET, managemnet, Comedk, half number of seats are for Kcet and another half is for management and other quotas, Our college comes under vtu belagavi Institute so exams are scheduled as per the institute

We have a total of 69 faculties and staff members in our college out of which 29 are phd holders Teachers are well experienced and provide a good scope to their children's in terms of academic carrier

Life at IIT Dharwad - What to expect

Placement Experience:

At IIT Dharwad, students become eligible for campus placements right after their 7th semester(i.e. after the start of 4th year) and during their 3rd year, students also have opportunities to sit for internships which can later convert to PPOs. The companies that have visited our campus are Adobe, Amazon, Texas, TCS, wipro etc. The highest CTC offered was 55LPA and average package for CSE is 18-20LPA, and for the core branches is around 10-15LPA. In CSE more than 93% of the students got placed and many of other students opted for higher studies . In the core branches the placement percentage was around 85-88%. After My degree, I plan to go for a Software Engineer role.

Placement Experience:

We enter the placement at the end of 3rd year almost at 4th year(6th to 7th semester). The placement cell organizes various traning program, including mock interviews, group discussions, and communication skills workshops. Past 3 to 4 years more than 10 companies per year offered hiring 100+ students. But over the year the companies have come down and providing les opportunities. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, etc recruite students from this college. The highest package is 25LPA and the average package is around 6LPA. Due to the increase in the rate of admission, the percentage has been decresed. Almost 25 out of 100 students are getting placed in this college. After getting degree, I will try my level best to get placed in campus itself. If not, I am interested more in Competitive exams, I will focus on it.

The Pros and Cons of being a student at MIT Manipal

Placement Experience:

From the7th sem onwards campus placements are put in place for btech students. Many companies such as microsoft, google, BMW, mercedes, accenture and others look for students here. The top 100 of each branch get the highest packages with the average of that being 22lpa for the cce branch. The rest of the students that are placed have an average salary of 14 lpa. Almost all the students are placed with the placement rate being around 90% for my branch. I plan on working for 2 years after getting placed and then pursuing an MBa degree abroad to further my tenure as a valuable asset to whatever company takes me under their wing.

Placement Experience:

Placements are good in college . Highest package was 52 lpa in 2024 and average was 9-10 lpa. But the percentage was very less in 2024 because of recession and negligence of placement cell and their bad decisions.

Yes I got opportunity to study in other colleges also but as compared to other colleges this is the best college 1st reason is it's very big campus and clean no harrasment taking here as compared to other. 2nd. Is placement here it's quite good compared to other colleges which i got opportunity to study. 3rd . No I didn't get any rejection letter from other colleges. I haven't applied any other colleges. I directly selected this college as my friend already suggested this. Although it has a less fee compared to other colleges that I know. I didn't get any rejection from other colleges as I haven't enquired other colleges.
