Review of SDMIT froma backbenchers perspective (THE TRUTH)

Fees and Financial Aid:

The yearly fee was around 1Lakh to 1.5Lakh, Registration fee was 800Rs, lab Fees were around 3000, I was admissioned in management category. For E & C the fee was a bit higher at around 1.3Lakh to 1.6Lakh. There was only one scholarship from the karnataka govt it was caller Vidyasarathi and it was 18k per year.

I joined SDM Institute of Technology Ujire in the year of 2020 to the branch of Information Science through Management it costed around 1,20,000 if it was through CET then the fees could be reduced it was nice atmosphere. Lectures were good enough that they made us to feel freely. The fees structure varies from year to year and also they provide various scholarships to the students. In our college there were many facilities very clean and neat atmosphere. As, the year goes on fees gets reduced. They also conduct cultural program's and provide sports to the students who are all intrested.The scholarships which are provided constist of different categories those who are eligible will get half of their paid fees in the form of scholarships. They also provide placements without additional charges. The staffs and management are very good responsive .

Both scholarship and loan are provided by the SDM society which is the parent society for our college. A sum of 12000 INR is provided as a scholarship annually which is divided into months and paid. Loans are also available.

Bank loans are available and asisted from the college itself without much of documents and numerous scholarships are also available again thanks to sdm trust unlike others they only provide numerous scholarship to the students in my personal case I recieved their scholarship about 12k per annum
