Good Infrastructure and Career Opportunities

Yes the first thing I liked is the campus and the environment there is no harrasment and strict action will be taken.
And second thing is faculty members are so helpful and they always help to students and different festival
And also the campus provide all facilities and make helps to sports and ration is almost equal of boys and girls

Dislikes

Yes some things are there which I disliked first is the campus is very strict and no function are organised yearly ones or twice is very sad thing as compared to other campus
Second thing is food students facing some problem with the food which hear prepared so outsiders facing lot of problems
Third is about hostel facility is good but very strict only once a week the students should go out side and write leave letter to go there native places.

Internships Opportunities:

In our college the companies which offered internship are Bosh company and other companies which tiup with our college. The name of the companies are Microsoft Amazon Flipkart etc. they also provide internship with Stepnd about 10 k per month. The projects which I work are first one blood Bank management system which helps for the people who in need the blood. And second project is student management system. And I also made fingerprint management system.

The college life

Likes

The campus surronding very beautiful and amazing.
It is pollutikn free and we can get fresh air
The food in our hostel is very good and healthy

Dislikes

There is very less campus placement options
There are very few internship facilities
Only few students are getting placement opurtunities

Placement Experience:

Our college provides very less campus placement opportunities. Only few students are getting placed. The maximum package is around 4 to 5 lakh per annum. Only 20 to 30 students are gettting campus placement with high cgpa and other skills. Other students are not getting placement oppurtunities at all.

Review of SDMIT froma backbenchers perspective (THE TRUTH)

Likes

The environment that the college was built in, it was very peaceful with a great view of mountains.

Dislikes

No extracurricular activities, no sports, no entertainment, no industry visits.
No proper lectures, lectures were qualified just in degrees, no real talent for teaching
The college was more like a factory outputting unqualified students.

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students are eligible for placements. Wipro, infosys, Hcl, TCS, Robosoft. The highest package was 7LPA(TCS), the average was around 4LPA. 35 TO 40 out of 100 students got placed. I wanted to build a startup so I didn't go through placements.

Hostel room was Good and they clean daily
College and campus environment was really good
They provide good lecturing and support .

Dislikes

College campus is small compared to other engineering colleges
Hostel rules and regulations are very strict
They allow students to free in hostels but they don't

Placement Experience:

Placements in our college now a days is quite less. But they provide good placements. As u know in IT industry competition becomes more and there are many colleges over Karnataka so it's difficult to get placed but they provide good placements

College Life Unveiled

Likes

The place where our institute is located. It is surrounded by full of greenery around it. It gives the peace of mind for the students. The corridor where we can relax in a break time to make our mind calm. We have a wide classroom.
The next is our library system. It is neatly arranged area where we can read out the book with silence around. There is no noise of others and it is maintained well. All categories of books will available here to prepare for our higher exams.
The next place is our canteen where we meet our other branch friends. We make a celebration of birthdays, and the place where we enjoy the most.

Dislikes

The classroom of our branch which is in 4th floor that we couldn't able to climb in the morning itself.

As I am now in the 6th SEM, there is no internship for us. There is internship for 7th SEM students that many companies have gave and got selected like, selected our seniors for their internship. The companies like Teachnook, Pentagon Spaces, etc.

Likes

College campus is clean and hygiene and very good place for study and students are free from ragging in our college.
Maintenance of hostel rooms and mess is very good food is tasty and affordable price compare to other colleges.
24*7 electric facilities separate study table, table lamp for every student in hostel in every room is provided.

Dislikes

College is very strict students will don't have any kind of refreshment activity.
Outing will be provided only for 2 hours for students who are in hostel for girls Saturday and boys Sunday.
There is non veg allowed in campus and also in mess and there is no industrial visits for students.

Internships Opportunities:

Dilthe is only one company currently training in our college.there is no good internship opportunity in the college I don't have Idea about projects and outcomes of college but there is no such good projects are launched by our college for sure

For some departments lectures are less so I could suggest that to improve the number of lectures otherwise, it is well and good lectures who are there are well and good .They also provide good placements and helps students to improve in their academi

Placements are made compulsory in which they provide trainings and also conduct aptitude exams.

Exams are conducted continuously where we don't get enough time to prepare for other activities
All are good but faculty are less are events are less.

Campus placements are going well from seventh semester the students are eligible to enter for the placement selection. Many companies have visited campus. The highest package was about 6lpa.The percentage of students getting placements are good enough.

Likes

Campus environment is very good which is clean
Classrooms are maintained properly with good bench conditions

Dislikes

There is no proper facility for sports and co curicullar activities

Infosys offers student intership programme. There will be a team provided by the company who gives the guidance about the internships programme.The conduct webinars for the interseted students.They also conduct exams on the webinars you attended.This will give you opportunity to show your skills and impresses the interviewer during interview. There are 200+ projects provided by the company.
