Course Curriculum Overview

5

I choosed this course as it started recently. To explore more about this course I opted this course. My course is artificial intelligence and data science which deals with the real world situation. The main objective is to take input of real world problem and providing a solution with technical aspects. The other subject included in this course will help in all other thinking. The teaching method is already very good that we can understand. They include images , vedios, in their presentation while making lesson to understand in more simple ways.

Internships Opportunities

4

As I am now in the 6th SEM, there is no internship for us. There is internship for 7th SEM students that many companies have gave and got selected like, selected our seniors for their internship. The companies like Teachnook, Pentagon Spaces, etc.

Placement Experience

4

From 7th semester students become eligible for campus placements. The companies like teachnook, tap academy, pentagon space, sophrosyne technologies, juego studios, nikethan has visited and many of our seniors got selected. 80 percentage around have got placement around all the branches.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure for our college is Rs.130000 per year for the management quota. And for CEAT it varies based on the marks. For the completion of the course of four years duration , the fee structure estimated to Rs.520000. The college provide the trust scholarship for the eligible student of Rs.1250 per month.

Campus Life

5

The events like College day and ethnic day held in the month of December and sports day held in the month of December in this year. The major event called "gathavaibhava" in December is held. Hackathon competition are held and the winner will get some cash prize. There are several books in the library as well as the journals. We have three patent holder faculty in our college. Every classroom has projector with audio facility, CC camera, boards.

Admission

I haven't applied any other colleges. I directly selected this college as my friend already suggested this. Although it has a less fee compared to other colleges that I know. I didn't get any rejection from other colleges as I haven't enquired other colleges. The eligibility criteria to get admitted is to pass in physics, chemistry, mathematics with 60 percentage and have to pass the Common Entrance Test. While getting admitted I had a great experience. The attender has showed whole environment of the college. They take us to the every part of the college and gave us information about particular places.

Faculty

5

The faculties in our department is friendly with us. They help out our queries that we have. They are available even after their classes in staffroom to clear out doubts. We have 6 member of faculties. They are guiding 10 students per each as a mentor. They approach us for various competitions held over in college level. Provides extra information about the particular topics. All the faculties do the lessons to understand for a student in their own way. We have two internal assessment and two assignment test and one quiz test. They conduct some other activities like presentation, dramas to improve our communication, by this we can reduce our stage fear. We have gave 100 percent results in the last semester end exams. I like all the faculties because they approach us , make us comfortable, helps to sort out our doubts.

Night Life

4

There is a gym provided in the college hostel where we can work out. The best place is the canteen where we hang out with our friends during class time if the class is free. The hostel timing is the students should be in within 6 p.m. The students can hang out for a day once in a week. On Saturday for girls and Sunday for boys. The major places like SLV supermarket, Mahaveer supermarket, and Golgappa, and Bombay Dine, Ocean Pearl, Shetty's Kitchen, and many other places where we go out and eat something and purchases our needs for a week. The locality where our college is located is safe during the night as there are many colleges by line wise where people will roam around 11 pm in the night. And the police will roam there at the place if any suspected will present. Overall It is a safe area.

lacements at MS Ramaiah Institute of Technology Placements at MS Ramaiah Institute of Technology are decent overall, with stronger outcomes for CS-related branches and moderate but reliable opportunities for core branches like Chemical Engineering. ???? Placement Eligibility Students generally become eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester (final year). Some companies also allow pre-placement offers (PPOs) through internships after the 6th semester. ???? Companies Visiting the Campus ???? Common Recruiters (Across Branches) TCS Infosys Wipro Accenture Cognizant Capgemini IBM L&T Deloitte (limited roles) ???? Core / Chemical-Related Opportunities L&T Reliance (limited roles) Schneider Electric Saint-Gobain Some manufacturing, quality, and operations-based companies Core chemical companies visit in limited numbers, so many Chemical Engineering students also sit for IT, analytics, and operations roles. ???? Packages Offered (Approximate) ???? Salary Range Highest Package (overall): ~?40–50 LPA (off-campus / international offer, mostly CS) Highest for Core / Chemical roles: ~?8–10 LPA Average Package (overall): ?7–8 LPA Average for Chemical Engineering: ?4–6 LPA ???? Job Profiles Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) Process / Quality Engineer Analyst / Consultant Software Engineer (for interested students) ???? Placement Percentage Overall placement rate: ~90–95% Chemical Engineering: ~60–70% Students with good CGPA, internships, and skills tend to get placed earlier and in better roles. ???? Employability & Skill Development The college provides: Placement training sessions Aptitude and soft-skill workshops Coding and interview preparation support However, students are expected to upskill on their own, especially for core industry roles or higher-paying profiles. ???? My Plans After Completing the Degree After completing my B.E. in Chemical Engineering, I plan to: Gain industry experience through campus placement or off-campus opportunities
