College is good but principal need to change

Yes I got opportunity to study in other colleges also but as compared to other colleges this is the best college 1st reason is it's very big campus and clean no harrasment taking here as compared to other. 2nd. Is placement here it's quite good compared to other colleges which i got opportunity to study. 3rd . No I didn't get any rejection letter from other colleges. And the admission process is there are 3 ways hear to get admission 1st way is clear the CET karnataka exam and get the rank below 30k if u are general qota . 2nd way is payment seat which u pay extra 1 lack compare to govt allotted students. 3rd. See I elect this college because it is nearer to my area and SDMIT having a good name in other fields also.i also liked Puttur Vivekananda College which is excellent college in all aspects but I have to do 2 hours journey for that .I need 20 minutes to reach my college So see the difference in timing the timing also important right . I haven't applied any other colleges. I directly selected this college as my friend already suggested this. Although it has a less fee compared to other colleges that I know.
