- Campus infrastructure is really good, advanced smart boards every classroom and washrooms are very neat
- The canteens are the best part. there are 4 canteens- udupi, tango, nescafe and munch offer good foods for reasonable student friendly amount
- The cultural fests, and student club activities are very active. fests like SARGAM, garbha night, diwali nights, udaan, student club activities like blood donation camps are fun to join
Dislikes
- The attendance criteria is 85%. every student in nhce dislikes about it
- NHCE charges fines for everything like lab component breakage and aquiries thefty amount fine
- The teachers are sometimes mean and strict
Course Curriculum Overview
ECE is electronics and communication engeering , it focuses mainly on both the hardware and software part of systems, and it has high advantage in IOTS, robotics and machine learnings. The curriculum goes deep from the 2nd year including signal system analysis, networkings etc The exams occur once in every 2 months and end semester exam . These exams are easy to crack if you focus in classroom

Placement Experience
From 3rd semester students become eligible for campus placements. the companies which visit during placement rounds are ibm, capgemini, cognizant, tcs, wipro,deloitte, happyfox,genpact etc. The highest package for nhce is 42.5lpa, average is 10-15lpa and lowest is 5-6lpa. My plan is to work for 2 years and continue with higher studies and focus in research based area which increases the job security and salary
Fees and Financial Aid
The year wise fees through scholarship is 160000, By management quota yearly fees is 400000. The end semester examination fees is 3000, lab record fees is 500 and lab breakage fine fees is around 350. Students joining through kcet especially sc and st caste fees is jjust 58000, for obc and general it is 160000.
Campus Life
There are many fests conducted by nhce every year ... The biggest national level fest is SARGAM which includes a 2 day fest for activities, sports, awards and concerts, there are so many student club activities like fashion club, leo club, environmental club, healthx club, stem club etc the library consists of wide collection of books nearly 1500+ and it is peaceful to study there the fests, cultural activites impact students life by bringing in joy and energy
Admission
I got this college in my kcet counselling rounds. i choose this college in my options as it is considered one of the good colleges in banglore with good reputation and placements. i also applied to vit university, nits iits and iiits counsellings, amrita college and bits university, i got a seat in vit amritha and iiit, but due to some factors like travelling issues, health issues i choose nhce as it is much safer near to my house and good college
Faculty
Every student in a group batch wise has a mentor who assists them and they are very friendly and apporachable I am in 1st year so i dont know much about the faculties. So basically there are 3 main exams every semester called CIE1,CIE2 AND SEE CIE 1 AND CIE 2 are internal exams and SEE is called semester end examination . They are easy to clear if u focus in classroom
Night Life
There is a seperate gym for both boys and girls, the libraries are open every for every 24/7 ... the canteens are 4- udupi canteen, tango canteen, munch canteen and nescafe canteen udupi canteen has reasonable rates , tango and nescafe are costly and munch is average , the food is really good , there is a milkshake spot where i usually love to hangout u get milkshakes for 60/- like oreo milkshake and hard rock milkshake which is really worth
