Likes

I like the environment where the college is surrounded with many IT Companies
And the infrastructure of college is also good as there are different blocks for different courses
Many clubs and events to take part in which is fun

Dislikes

There are totally 3 college canteens and one doesnt serve tasty food
Hostels are way too apart from their mess

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose computer science because i personally am interested in coding and want to persue my education on it and provide the best i can for the societyto be honest this course is actually not that hard as people think abt itthe exam timings are 1 and half hours for internals and 3 hours for externals

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 350000 per year

Internships Opportunities

There are plenty of companies like ernst & young , klynveld peat maverick goerdeler more known as kpmg, deloit, wipro Sap all these offer internships for around 3 months and dont really know about their stipend

Placement Experience

From 7th semester people get eligible for placements there are plenty of companies visiting our clg as it is surrounded by many companies the highest package was 40 Lpa and average package was around 5Lpa last year 2024 around 800 students got placed from the placements and ill persue with mtech in future

Fees and Financial Aid

Tuition fees is 3.tL , caution fees i dont really know about it registration fees might be arpund 2.5k to 5k, admission fees is around 5k, development fees, lab fees is 1k and the other compulsory charges during the course completion as per the category the semester end exam fee is around 3k for and additional 1k for lab manuals

Campus Life

There are 3-4 fests organised every year deepotsav for diwali, garba night and sargam which is one of the biggest fest in india it has a huge library filled with the books for referrals and much more there are discussion areas for students to make group projects or study in a group the classroom can contain 60 people comfortably and has smart equipment total of 15 clubs are in college as per student interest

Admission

I had applied to many colleges which i thought i would get through my merit but i couldnt score well so i had to opt for management and this was the college i thought is best in my budget and has more of everything which other colleges have i dont really know the admission process because my parents had set this all up for me Cutoff for kcet is 20k rank and belowandee is through jee it is 95%ile

Faculty

The faculty is really kind and helpful it is fun to attend the classes and there are 2 internal exams and 1 external exam in one semester the average of those 2 internals will be taken for internal marks

Night Life

Theres a gym in college which is free of cost and opens twice morning at 6 and evening after 3pm library is open all the time ie. 365 days 24/7 hostel timings where students should report before 8:30pm The night life is pretty chill around the campus

Placement Experience:

campus placements in the collage usually start during the final year, and students generally become eligible from the 7th semester depending on their academic performance and eligibility criteria set by companies . The placement cell in the collage helps students by organizing placements drives, aptitude training, and career guidance sessions. varies companies visit the campus every year mainly from IT, Service, and some core engineering sectors. Companies such as TCS, Infosys, Wipro, and other mid-level organizations have visited for recruitment in previous years . the average package offered to students is usually around 4LPA to 10LPA depending on the company and job role, while the highest package may very each year based on the recruiting companies . A reasonable percentage of students secure placements through campus recuitment, while some studies or look for opportunities outside campus placements. after completing the degree, my plan is to build strong techical skills and pursue opportunities in the core engineering.

My life in RNSIT

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements from the 4th year as placement training occurs in 3rd year(6th semester). There are multiple companies like Infosys, Oracle, ABC, HP, Adobe and many other companies that visit our college for placements. The highest package was 56 LPA and the placement percentage is about 80 to 95% so there is a strong chance of placement in RNSIT.

A good college for your development

Placement Experience:

Placements in our college are pretty good with the average package being around 10 lakhs. Our college provides comprehensive training to prepare us for placments by conducting training over 2 months for both technical rounds as well as non-technical aptitude rounds. Mock interviews are conducted in order to prepare us for the real interviews.

instead of providing knowledge from books. College should give some time for students to work for the companys through online so they can get exact idea about the roles of engineers in their careers, and also they'll become professional I'm short time after completing their BE.

I tried for dayanand sagar but didnt want to get into it as the fees was on the higher side comparing to new horizon college.
