- Best infrastructure which is as good as any international university.
- For social interaction our college is best as we have students from almost all the states and knowing and learning about new culture is just a thing to watch out for.
- Anti Ragging society has ensured that no student will be ragged and if that happens, it will be the end of the story for who does.
Dislikes
- Well, some local students think they are the goons and try to poke their nose during every class.
Course Curriculum Overview
Data Science is not mixed here as I have seen in other colleges where it is AI & DS but in NHCE its core DS. Our course is amazing and it covers all the use cases that DS has and therefore it is all inclusive.
Internships Opportunities
Finance companies like Federal Bank, Indusind Bank and others have offered intenrships as they are data sensitive corporates. Even telecome company like Airtel and Vi has offered internships to NHCE students with a stipend as good as 10k.
Placement Experience
Amazon, IBM, SMC, Aditya Birla Global, HDFC Life and other needs data scientist and these are the companies that offers us jobs worth 10 lakhs and more. Average is 10 lakhs while many students have been offered 24-28 lakhs last year.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees is 3 lakhs a year at NHCM and it is like average as NHCM is so good in facilities that the fees they charge is fully justified. It is sad though that many people here complain about the fees but in my eyes they are more than justified.
Campus Life
Class rooms are compact and cool but it has air conditioning and also digital blackboard and top quality audio system. For slides and all digital blackboard along with fully equipped speakers. For sports recreational rooms and amazing lawn to chill after college hours.
Admission
Ramiah and Christ I got confirmation too but I still.chose this as I wanted to study here. Admission for outside students like us are through Comed-K exams. However, I got it through management quota seats as the college also has reserved some seats under that quota too.
Faculty
Marking system here is little strict as even attendance holds marks here. Forget about anything else and also assessment and class test also are counted. Besides that too we have half sem and final sem exams which accounts for majority of marks.
Night Life
TBC Skylounge, Sidewalk Bar & Kitchen and Public are among the most visited cafes near college. College hostels are indeed quite strict and therefore hostel students who are my friends don't even step out.
