Likes

Campus is good and mainly located near Whitefield.
too good supportive professor. Staff are too chill. Some staff are like our bestfriend's.
Lab equipment are good . You are not facing any issue with pc.. it's good

Dislikes

There is only few events in a year. I think only 3 events.
Hostel building is too bad. And hostel food is too bad.
There is no field to play games like cricket, football.

Course Curriculum Overview

In our colleges monthly internals is there. Total 3 internal for semsterm MVJCE emphasizes aligning its curriculum with current industry demands and technological advancements. For instance, the Computer Science and Engineering program includes courses on emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cyber Security, reflecting the evolving landscape of the tech industry.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 121500 per year

Placement Experience

After 8 sems we are eligible for placements. TCS ,Dell and many companies visited mvj. Highest package of mvj was 22lakhs per annum. Basically some companies ask CGPA at above 8. My plan is a developer after my engineering in python language or Else I will continue my dad business

Fees and Financial Aid

99824 is government fee for college and 21500 is lab fee and exam fee for general and OBC caste peoples. Ssp scholarship for OBC is 19984. For sc and st student government fee is 750 for Frist year and 21500 is lab fee and exam fee. Ssp scholarship is like 78k.

Campus Life

There are many clubs in mvj , one named as Vertex . Student portal is etlab in app store and playstore. I have never joined into club. There is a kabaddi team of girls MVJ as won in state level. They are quite good book in library Shakespeare and many book in our library

Hostel Facilities

It's a four sharing room in hostel. They provide four beds. College meal is 3 times a day and twice they will provide snacks in a day. But meal is too bad . There are many pg near mvj rent start's at 5k and ended at 11k

Hostel Fee: INR 130000 per year

Admission

Basically I need college near Whitefield because near to my home so I have choosed new horizon or mvjce. My cet rank is high . So I didn't not get seat in new horizon then my second option was cmr still my rank was high to getin into cmr. Then my last option was mvj my was good too getin to mvjce. Then I join mvj

Faculty

Basically faculty of information science is too good towards students helping students to get good marks internal. By taking remedial classes. I won't mention staff name but one staff is too rude towards other branch students

Night Life

I am a day scholar. But I know about few about nightlife about mvj. There is a gym 6pm to 10pm is opened. 6pm to 8pm for girls then 8 to 10pm for boy sits opened. Now hostel is renewting condition. The making big building for hostel . Only fans are available no ac or cooler. After 8pm we can't go out from the Campus

Good College with Supportive Faculty and Decent Placements

Placement Experience:

Placements at RNS Institute of Technology are good. Students become eligible for campus placements from the 6th or 7th semester. Many companies visit the college, including IT and core companies. Some of the common recruiters include TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, and a few core companies for EEE. The average package is around 3 to 5 LPA, and higher packages are also offered for top-performing students. The highest package can go much higher depending on the company. Around 70–80% of students get placed, mainly in IT roles. For EEE students, core placements are limited, but there are good opportunities in software roles. The college also provides training and support for placements. After completing my degree, I plan to get placed in a good company and build my career.

Placement Experience:

Most of the students get placed from the campus placements. Students get eligible for campus placements from the fifth semester. Companies like HP, Infosys, Wipro come for recruiting and make offers from 3L per annum to 30 L per annum. Around 70 percent of the students get placed through campus placement. I plan on working for a dream company after completing my degree.

About my college

Placement Experience:

After completion of the course students are divided to teachers and the food industries are come to college and interview us and the student is eligible they can select. Some standard food related companies are visited nestle, ITC mysore , sulawines and some other companies also. The CGPA of the students is 7.5 or more is good below this also get selected but more than 7.5 is good. My plan is after completion of course then do work and get some experience in the industries and some of the time I am going to select a product and launch it over the world.

They start conducting placements activities from the 2nd year itself like AMCAT preparation, skillrack, etc. So the students become eligible for campus placements from 7th sem itself. Many companies like TCS, Diggibyte, Zoho,etc. and the offers are from 3 lakh to 16 lakh per annum. Percentage of students getting placements are about 90% My plan is to get into the IT sector as i have an interest to explore and enhance my technical skills

Placement Experience:

I applied to colleges like BMSIT and Sir MVIT, and I had confirmed seats there, too. I chose RNSIT because it has a better reputation for placements in my branch and the campus environment felt more welcoming. I didn't get into RVCE because my KCET rank wasn't high enough for their top branches, as the competition was very tough that year. The admission process is simple. They mainly take students through KCET and COMEDK. You need at least 45% in your 12th boards (PCM). Most students prefer KCET because the fees are lower. Once the seat is allotted through counseling, you just visit the campus, submit your documents, and pay the fees. The whole process was quite smooth and well-organized."

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is very unique, and very new, we are not taught irrelevant subjects and topics like every university does, Polaris school of technology (PST) is a new gen college which mainly focuses on tech, producing the best engineers not amongst india but amongst the world, it's aim is to produce engineers who are better than IITians and MITians, all these specifications influenced me to choose this course/curriculum When it comes to real-world applications, Polaris school of technology(PST) gives us real-life problems and scenario based projects through evaluations which help us in the future and helps us to build a proper approach for problems and train us to be the best. We have two main exams per sem which would be conducted every 3 months that is ½th of the sem, we have a total of 8 sems, so total 16 exams, our exams would be difficult for other college students, but not for us as we have the best mentors.

MIT Bengaluru-The College Beyond Exxpectations

Placement Experience:

Students here are eligible for placements or internships right after the 3rd year. Mit Bengaluru is planning to make its students placement merging with its parent clg Mit Manipal. Currently none of the placement record is there as the first batch is in 3rd year only.None of the companies have visited for placement b ut companies like IBM, TCS do come for their talks. I have no plans as of now what will I do after a degree.

A Journey Worth Remembering

When I was selecting an engineering college I applied to several reputed institutions in Karnataka including Dayananda Sagar College of engineering Acharya institute of technology CMR institute of technology but I couldn't make it due to slightly higher cutoff in CET. I finally choose MVJ college of engineering because of its location infrastructure academic environment and placement opportunities. Situated in Whitefield it's close to several IT companies which is better and increases internship and placement prospects. The campus is spacious clean and well equipped with modern labs and facilities the college also has good reputation under VTU for maintaining academic decipline and quality teaching.
