Likes

the labs and infrastructure of the college is constantly updated to suit the current trends
faculties and lab instructors are very friendly and helpful in projects
there are many number of clubs assisting student to improve their personality

Dislikes

some students feel that payment process in accounts department have huge queues which can be improved over time

Course Curriculum Overview

the curriculum that is followed in strcitly based on the guidelines given by VTU .apart from which there are special labs like uav, vlsi,robolab,labview and microsoft labs to stay on track with the current trends

Class Size: 40Course Fees: INR 86000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

the year wise fees is pretty decent of about 86000 plus 14000 college fee, categories other that general are provided with govt scholarship amounting about 70 percent of the total fees there are other scholarships availabe based on their income.

Campus Life

there are two major fests that take place every year that is swayam(nontechnical) and vertex(technical) fest both of which attract students for intercollege competitions.there are also many clubs including dance ,music, litrature, design ,photgraphy etc helping students build their skills

Admission

mvj is one such college which stays in the top 20 colleges in bengaluru to be preferd by the students ,this college specifically have shown to improve on their reputation very rapidly and also focus on latest technology like vlsi

Faculty

each department are further divide into many classes to strictly maintain a maximum of 1:30 teacher to students ratio. there are three internals conducted every semester inorder to reduce burden on the students.

Night Life

mvjce is situated in one of the buisiest part of whitefield making nighlife look amazing , there are gyms, hotels,and many shops and also millions of companies making them very approachable for internship opportunities

Placement Experience:

Amazon, Deloitte, Oracle and many tech companies like them are in agreement with our college for placements. Our college has a great placements opportunities as even after so many CSE students, 70% students every year gets placed with packages as high as 30 lakhs even.

a good college with good atmosphere and placements

Placement Experience:

students can be eligible for placements from 3rd year only, many companies have visited the college like TATA,Accenture and many other.The highest package for this year is about 19 lakhs , average package is about 3 lakhs,talking about the percentage our college has 77% of the college placements, i am planning to pursue higher education after my graduation

"BIET Davanagere: A Hub of Opportunities with Room for Improvement"

Placement Experience:

We enter the placement at the end of 3rd year almost at 4th year(6th to 7th semester). The placement cell organizes various traning program, including mock interviews, group discussions, and communication skills workshops. Past 3 to 4 years more than 10 companies per year offered hiring 100+ students. But over the year the companies have come down and providing les opportunities. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, etc recruite students from this college. The highest package is 25LPA and the average package is around 6LPA. Due to the increase in the rate of admission, the percentage has been decresed. Almost 25 out of 100 students are getting placed in this college. After getting degree, I will try my level best to get placed in campus itself. If not, I am interested more in Competitive exams, I will focus on it.

Placement Experience:

From the 6th and 7th semester students are eligible gor campus placements. Students are asked to apply for the campus placements from the career development department of the college according to the marks. Some companies visited are like jspider, qspider, Xworkz, kodnest, Infosys, 3 q sutantra, toyota, triveni,idea infinity,edgeverve, eton ,dfm technology, tata elaxi, enventure and many more. And highest package in 8 to 12 LPA. The students are placed according to the companies requiments min 20 students are placed outof 50 students My plan is to get a good, high paying job after completing my graduation.

The Pros and Cons of being a student at MIT Manipal

Placement Experience:

From the7th sem onwards campus placements are put in place for btech students. Many companies such as microsoft, google, BMW, mercedes, accenture and others look for students here. The top 100 of each branch get the highest packages with the average of that being 22lpa for the cce branch. The rest of the students that are placed have an average salary of 14 lpa. Almost all the students are placed with the placement rate being around 90% for my branch. I plan on working for 2 years after getting placed and then pursuing an MBa degree abroad to further my tenure as a valuable asset to whatever company takes me under their wing.

Placement Experience:

Placements are good in college . Highest package was 52 lpa in 2024 and average was 9-10 lpa. But the percentage was very less in 2024 because of recession and negligence of placement cell and their bad decisions.
