Remarks

No comments on management except on decision taking, they take strict decision on attendance, discipline etc but we don't like tat. As though students are ment to break rules.

Entrance Preview

DCET, I like to bulid buildings. for those who think gears, keyboards, wires are small, they think of civil. it was nearer to my native. and my bestie joined hear

Course Curriculum Overview

4

Out side surveys, awesome survey camps, play with construction, need higher thinking, smart work, industrial visits, subjects like some, sa, rcc, etc, damm vtu valuation, kinda awesome student favoured lecturers.

Internships Opportunities

Haven't come yet and and not interested, but as for the companies regarded. We get some of the best companies like l&t, shoba etc. Regarding internship we don't hav that kind of different things in vishveshwaraiah technical university

College Events

4

We the the civil branch students celebrate each nd every special occasions, like engineers day, teachers day, even ganesha chaturthi, holi, even ayudh pooja, ethnic days, college fest, branch fest

Fee Structure And Facilities

It's not expensive as v come through through normal entry, its kind of cheap, around 60, 000. But as we come to management seat also meas its feasible, its normal fee structure around Karnataka state

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarship is given by government for sc/st students and they don't hav to pay anything, whole fee is paid by government and other scholarship like fee consessin, post matric scholarship, food accommodation also available, even different community and some govt boards give scholarship and even loan also given by every bank nd some community also give loans.

Campus Life

3.5

I don't attend these but there wil always some progams, about something and all. College elections go very well, even gender ratio is 1:1, depending on branches. Computer science hav more girl nd mechanical don't have girs only. But other branches have common equality among genders.

Hostel Facilities

2

I don't like the hostel facilities in our college, even the food is not good, even the rooms and room sharing, 5-6 members have have to share one room. PG's are average and they are far from college, but rental rooms and home are better because we get goo

Alumni/Alumna

Who knows. They come, they speak, we just organize, get togethers go very well, honouring the toppers, lecturers farewell, even the seniors and juniors hav good relationship, some don't but I have.

Exam Structure

Lab and all, It's cool Never knw how it's gona be, but vishveshwaraiah technical university is very good at setting up question papers, as even valuating also. No other university's can compite it

Placement Experience:

Placements at RNS Institute of Technology are good. Students become eligible for campus placements from the 6th or 7th semester. Many companies visit the college, including IT and core companies. Some of the common recruiters include TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, and a few core companies for EEE. The average package is around 3 to 5 LPA, and higher packages are also offered for top-performing students. The highest package can go much higher depending on the company. Around 70–80% of students get placed, mainly in IT roles. For EEE students, core placements are limited, but there are good opportunities in software roles. The college also provides training and support for placements. After completing my degree, I plan to get placed in a good company and build my career.

Companies like HP, Infosys, Wipro come for recruiting and make offers from 3L per annum to 30 L per annum. Around 70 percent of the students get placed through campus placement. I plan on working for a dream company after completing my degree.

Placement Experience:

I applied to colleges like BMSIT and Sir MVIT, and I had confirmed seats there, too. I chose RNSIT because it has a better reputation for placements in my branch and the campus environment felt more welcoming. I didn't get into RVCE because my KCET rank wasn't high enough for their top branches, as the competition was very tough that year. The admission process is simple. They mainly take students through KCET and COMEDK. You need at least 45% in your 12th boards (PCM). Most students prefer KCET because the fees are lower. Once the seat is allotted through counseling, you just visit the campus, submit your documents, and pay the fees. The whole process was quite smooth and well-organized."

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is very unique, and very new, we are not taught irrelevant subjects and topics like every university does, Polaris school of technology (PST) is a new gen college which mainly focuses on tech, producing the best engineers not amongst india but amongst the world, it's aim is to produce engineers who are better than IITians and MITians, all these specifications influenced me to choose this course/curriculum When it comes to real-world applications, Polaris school of technology(PST) gives us real-life problems and scenario based projects through evaluations which help us in the future and helps us to build a proper approach for problems and train us to be the best. We have two main exams per sem which would be conducted every 3 months that is ½th of the sem, we have a total of 8 sems, so total 16 exams, our exams would be difficult for other college students, but not for us as we have the best mentors.
