Dr SMCE Hostel Facilities
Dr. Sri Sri Sri Shivakumar Mahaswamy College of Engineering, Nelamangala, has managed to arrange for hostels for boys and girls separately. The capacity is around 500 and around 300 students, respectively. In the hostels, rooms are non-AC, shared (3–8 people per room), furnished with beds, tables, chairs, and wardrobes. The hostels have a TV Room, indoor games, a reading space, etc., with 24/7 security. Every day, students are provided with four hygienic meals a day, mostly vegetarian, with an occasional non-veg meal. The hostel fee is between INR 55,000 and INR 65,000 for the year. Students report that the hostel is generally peaceful and in good condition.
