Course Curriculum Overview

4

The curriculum at BMSCE is considered to be relevant and comprehensive, offering a strong foundation in core engineering principles along with specializations to choose from. Relevance: The curriculum incorporates the latest advancements in engineering fields, making it relevant to the current industry demands. Comprehensiveness: The courses cover a wide range of topics, providing a well-rounded engineering education. Real-world applications: The curriculum includes practical projects, internships, and industry collaborations, which can prepare students for real-world challenges. Further studies: The strong foundation prepares students for pursuing higher studies in engineering or related fields. Areas for Improvement:The curriculum could be enhanced by incorporating more hands-on learning experiences and industry-specific projects. The frequency of exams can be adjusted to better distribute the workload throughout the semester.

Internships Opportunities

4

BMSCE offers various internship opportunities, but specific details like companies and stipend amounts aren't centrally available. However I have provided a breakdown of internship possibilities: Types: BMSCE facilitates research internships under faculty guidance, summer internships during breaks, and skill development internships. Areas: Internships span various engineering disciplines aligning with your program and interests. Projects: You might work on ongoing research projects, contribute to industry projects through collaborations, or undertake skill-based internships with companies. Benefits: Internships provide valuable hands-on experience, help build your resume, and can potentially lead to full-time positions. To explore internship opportunities, you can connect with your department, professors, or the college's placement cell. They can provide guidance and connect you with relevant internship programs.

Placement Experience

4.5

Our College is known for its strong placement record bagging 2nd position among all Engg. Colleges in terms of placement. Eligibility: Students become eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester onwards. Companies: Over 350 reputed national and multinational companies visit the campus for recruitment, including IT giants, aerospace firms, and consulting companies. Placement Rate: The placement rate is typically high, with a significant percentage of students securing placements each year. Packages: The average salary package offered can vary depending on the company, program, and student's profile. However, it is generally competitive being average of around 9.5LPA. Post-graduation plans: Graduates pursue careers in various engineering fields, continue higher studies, or become entrepreneurs. My personal plan is to get into a fancy placement package in IT Sector.
