State kota , there is a State kota for punjab students

The curriculum is very good they focuses on subjects the person branch exams are conducted two times mid sems and end sems and 2 times sessionals and lab evaluation difficulty level is medium and if you study well you can get goodmarks

College placement is very excellent almost every companies visit our college like Google , Adobe , Microsoft , de shaw and the average package is also around 12 lakhs per annum. And median I think 11 lakhs

Fee structure is good the academic fees increasese every year and there is an option for scholarship which depends on your cgpa and the academic fees gets decreases with it minimum cgpa is 8 and increase in cgpa increases the scholarship amount

Hostel facility is good they provide you everything laundry , good food , security and everything but the fees is higher for good infrastructure hostels . But overall I must say it is good you can definitely take hostels

Cutoff of boards and jee main was there cutoff for my branch at last round was 94.47 and jee mains percential was 94 . Go admission by that in college the eligibility criteria was above 75 percent in boards

Chandigarh University - My experience from fees to social life

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is good and cover every aspects of learning and skills needed in today's time but it feels the semester get over to fast in around 3.5 months with 3 exams and lab exam. They should provide the real learning based on a student interest some student are good in coding but they lack to communicate better, they should focus on that part also as they also do in many cases by giving subjects like soft skills and communication skills every sem.The teacher should not be reading the ppt only . We can do that also why we are paying that much fees just to learn from a teacher who is just reading the slides.

Course Curriculum Overview:

i would rate the course curriculum as largely relevant and fairly comprehensive,. one of the main reasons i chose this course was the balance between conceptual foundations and practical exposure. the curricuum supports future academic growth since many of the modules introduce us to advance topics early, making it easier to explore research. some topics feel slightly outdated and could be aligned better with the current industry skills and technologies. the exam schedule is manageable, though sometimes multiple assessments happen in the same week or same day, ehich adds pressure . Spacing out evaluations a bit more and giving clearer rubrics could improve the overall experience

Honest is the best Policy

I was getting addmission in some other private colleges but this was near to me and had a great rew.. Its infra and hostels are really worth it.
