Too expensive , if you are from middle class so it will be a little hard for some things

Course Curriculum Overview

A lot of scope in cse department, a decent faculty-to-student ratio, and a lot of faculty came from good colleges like bits nit & iit. There is no problem in passing the exam, I have passed all the exams.

Placement Experience

Students become eligible after 5 semesters. Many companies visit here like Google hp jp Morgan etc. Right now the placements are going on so I don't even know. Around 80% of students get placed I am planning to have Higher studies in the future.

Fees and Financial Aid

It's a private college so its Fees are on the higher side. But it's worth it. Fees become higher side when the hostel is included. Scholarship is also provided, considering your sgpa & others on your family income. My fee for the course is around 300000.

Campus Life

The annual fest Saturnalia, will be conducted on Nov. Talking about the availability of books, thapar has the best library infra as I know, it's got 6 ranked among all universities in world. The sport of All types of sports are available here and there is also a swimming pool. Clubs are there thapar adventure club, mudra society.

Admission

First of all, check cut off of last year There are two ways to gain admission in Thapar first -12th marks jee mains, You can all admission-related info on Thapar's official website. Punjab quota & sc/St.

Chandigarh University - My experience from fees to social life

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is good and cover every aspects of learning and skills needed in today's time but it feels the semester get over to fast in around 3.5 months with 3 exams and lab exam. They should provide the real learning based on a student interest some student are good in coding but they lack to communicate better, they should focus on that part also as they also do in many cases by giving subjects like soft skills and communication skills every sem.The teacher should not be reading the ppt only . We can do that also why we are paying that much fees just to learn from a teacher who is just reading the slides.

Course Curriculum Overview:

i would rate the course curriculum as largely relevant and fairly comprehensive,. one of the main reasons i chose this course was the balance between conceptual foundations and practical exposure. the curricuum supports future academic growth since many of the modules introduce us to advance topics early, making it easier to explore research. some topics feel slightly outdated and could be aligned better with the current industry skills and technologies. the exam schedule is manageable, though sometimes multiple assessments happen in the same week or same day, ehich adds pressure . Spacing out evaluations a bit more and giving clearer rubrics could improve the overall experience

Honest is the best Policy

I was getting addmission in some other private colleges but this was near to me and had a great rew.. Its infra and hostels are really worth it.
