Remarks

Since there was merit vased admissions there were no system if Entrance Test unlike this year CUET is implemented. I have joined this college in the first cutoff list only. In admission process, refund policy is irritable else everything is good.

Course Curriculum Overview

I have chosen Bcom honours due to a larger scope in the field of commerce. Teacher Student ratio is 1 : 40, meaning averagly 1 teacher at every 40 students. Teachers are friendly in nature, focuses on holistic development of student rather than rote learning

Class Size: 120Course Fees: INR 10150 per year

Placement Experience

As per previous data and info given by teachers a highesy package of around 20 lakhs pa was given to a candidate of Bcom Honours and averagely package of 4-5 lkh per annum is alotted. Around 59-69% of students are placed. I will join the placement after getting degree.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees charged by the college is appropriate and no hike was given to students. College also provides financial assisstance to students but again departmental procedures and followers leads to delay in the services. College also provides scholarships for meritorious students.

In the month of April, all fests are conducted. There are more than 40 societies in the college which works on different aspects of life irrespective of social and Political Life. AISA are there to raise the voice of students to the administration.

Daulat ram college through the eyes of drcians

Placement Experience:

From the 2nd year our internship is started and after 2nd year i.e, in the starting of 3rd year we are eligible for campus placements. There are so many companies every year visit Daulat ram College for campus placement. Like:- Accenture, Wipro, Deloitte, KPMG, EY, ICICI, HDFC, DE Shaw, Amazon, and Zomato. I have CA in my mind after graduation.

Hands On experience !!

Placement Experience:

Students in my college can go for placements starting from 5th semester . many big companies including big four (4 ) visit the campus .The highest package was 23.5 lpa and median and avg package is 6.5 lpa .Most students who have got placements are 7 cgpa or above . Companies also provide intership opportunities for better placemnets .We also get guidance from resume building ,interviews and preparation .After finishing my degree I aim for placements and afterwards CAT forIIM's .

A beautiful memory

Course Curriculum Overview:

I will rate the daulat ram course 8/10. One of the main reasons i chose this course was that the syllabus felt balanced between theory and practical understanding..but the only drawback is that sometimes it felt a bit more theory based rather than practical exposure , the exam pattern is consistent mid-sem internals and end-sem finals twice a year. Internals are usually manageable, but end-semester exams depend a lot on the teacher marking style.

My pov of college

Placement Experience:

The campus placement is quite good, from 2nd or 3rd year students are eligible. Deloitte visited recently. I'm not aware about this, placements cells are made in college who take care of all this. A good amount of students get place, approx 20 students were placed this tym in Deloitte. I will be continuing with ACCA only.

SRCC- Asia's Best college experience

Placement Experience:

Students of 3rd year are eligible for the same. Mckinsey, BCG, Bain, Blackrock, Meesho etc being the most prestigious recruiters. Highest package varies, but it went around 36 L last year. Avg being around 8 L. I would say most students who apply for placements get placed, however only a few get placed in the top companies. I personally wish to pursue an MBA.

Consequences after getting admitted in DU

I gave the CUET exams to get my college. CUET exam is basically an entrance test for bachelors degree which eligibles you to all the central universities of India. You have to appear for four domain subjects that you have studied in your class 11th and 12th. You can apply for any course irrespective of it's connection with the subjects that you jave studied earlier. Based on your cuet score you will be eligible for different courses. The cutoff is really high for Delhi University starting from 600 for more most of the courses starting from the lower reputed colleges. You do get reservation benefits. The application form are generally out in the month of April. The exam has nothing to do with your class 12th percentage until you have passed the class. The only demerit I find is the late admission process. By the time you get the results of the exam, other top colleges' admission are done by then....Read More
