Course Curriculum Overview
So I am pursuing Bcom honours as i am doing CA also along with it that is why I chose this course because it aligns well with my CA syllybus. See academics is very important but it is not the only thing which will help you build your career, along with it you should also try to gain real world exposure by participating in Case comps, debates, or being active in society, etc
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees which i have deposited for one tenure of my course is 31400 Something. I am from general category and sorry but have no odea of the fees which other category students have paid. Lot of scholorships is available for students Like DAS ( Dell aspire Scholarship), etc.
Campus Life
We have college orientation then this year dandiya was also organised by oir college in September , we had our freshers in November and the annual fest of college named Confluence which usually helds in March. We have almost all kinds of books in our library from commerce to science to philosophy to literature. Sports are good we have an special sports event named Khelo Hansraj on which we have a month playing most of the sport competitions. We have almost 60+ societies in our college amd they are very beneficial like really they give you different kind of exposure a d some great people with lots of memories.
Admission
See In DU it doesn't depend on what you CHOOSE it depends on which college hase choosen YOU. To get admission in DU you have to give CUET examination and then you have to score enough to cross the cut off. For me Hansraj is one of the best thing which has happend to me and i will always be greful to myself that i was able to make it.
Faculty
Faculty is amazing you can easily reach out to them for any problem or doubt they will surely acknowledge it. As you move towards your next semester faculty gets improving. In one year we have two exams which are your semester exams . These exams or not that difficult you just have to apply correct strategy and you are good to go.
Night Life
Hansraj is in one the best location , we have kamla nagar near hansraj and my PG is un that area only and i cant tell you good that area is like very posh, lively, homely, classy. You will find alost every cafe or mall or whatever you want whether it be starbucks, KfC , burger king or sudama ki chai, malkaganj ke chole bhature everything. I am living the best phase of my life here and i cant tell you how much i am going to miss these streets after 3 years. In college also we have 4 cafes and one canteen food is great there. We have Mitti cafee just mentioning.
