- One thing every SBSC student dislikes is the minimum attendance criteria
- The teachers are well qualified but our course need more industrial exposure and real world problems solving
- Also the college ground is non functional from a very long time , due to which sports are affecting
Course Curriculum Overview
This course is wide and very much flexible. It's gives it is beat to learn business and very other aspects of commerce. Yes the curriculum is good , but it needs to work to make it industry ready. In case of improvement, more industrial visits and real world research can be a great add on. Every six month there is a exam and the papers are not too tough
Internships Opportunities
Companies are - Zomato,Swiggy, paytm, mahindra, microsoft , magicpin and others. Roles offered are mainly from business development, business executive and data analytics. Students Also college itself provide principles internship that has 5 domains . Like - office,library , technical and others.
Placement Experience
Final year students get eligible for placements. Mahindra,EY,Bain and company, zomato and others Highest package was around 30LPA Average is 5LPA Profiles are mostly data analysis, business development and others. Around 40-50 percent students get placed. I will prepare for UPSC and also apply for placements
Fees and Financial Aid
I have paid 20370 as my fees The annual fees of 20370 contains all the things The fees for all my batchmates is same as mine Yes the college provide facility of fees reimbursement to the students from sc , sct and obc and EWS students
Campus Life
fest is Dipvotsav and an annual fest each year. Also each college society conduct their own events and annual fest . The library is very wide and books from almost all fields are available. Our classrooms have the facility of smartboards . We had a well equipped sports indoor room , and a basket ball court is under construction. Yes we have almost 25 societies and each one of them is run by Students itself.
Admission
SRCC, HINDU HANSRAJ, RAMJAS, KIRORIMAL, I chose SBSC because it is one of the best college for Commerce in South campus. I did not make it to north campus because I got less marks. After giving class 12th board you can give cuet ug exam to get into DU. Cutoff varies as per the course
Faculty
On an average of 60 students there is one teacher.You can reach out to faculty very easily of you have any doubts. Rajiv sir Ranjana thakur maam are one of my favourite teacher because they are friendly and teaching style is very interactive. As of now there is no specific faculty I don't like. Each year hmwe have 2 semester exams . Mostly pass the exam.
Night Life
Most popular hangout sport of Select City walk , a mall situated near college. Also we have various parks, food spots and tea point situated near college. College does not provide hostel facilities, an the college timings are 8 a.m. to 3p.m. Select City walk Friends cafe Sandwich smuggler Tea point Chirag delhi park And others
