My College CMR Institute of Technology is amongst an elite group of institutes for engineering education across India , with an A + grade accreditation by NAAC(National Assessment And Accreditation) as well as accreditation from NBA(National Board of Accreditation) for engineering programmes . It has very good infrastructure, highly qualified faculty and the overall college atmosphere is excellent. The admission process is very standard and organised for students seeking admission through KCET,COMEDK and Management. The admission process is very smooth and faculties are provided to guide parents and students through steps for admission. College is situated in a highly developed area in Bangalore .

Faculty in our college is highly qualified ,skilled and experienced in teaching. Many of our faculty members have grants from Industries and government for executing projects. Faculty in my college not only aims for high quality teaching but also helps students in keeping positive attitude towards education. My college also have faculties which helps students approach particular situation regarding their personal life. Faculty in our college also motivates students by sharing their experience of working with reputed organisations and telling students about the demand of this developing tech era. Faculty mentors students and helps them to pass examination by giving them tips to score high and study smart in particular exam. Feedback system is built for students suggestion for improvement of faculty .Faculty also directs students in research field and also urges students to take part in extra co curricular activities.

College allows and helps students to take part in Internships from various organization both in online and off-line mode. College has separate Internship cell established in year 2018 . The Internship Cell is connected to various organization to grab internship opportunities for students so thereby enhancing student ground level experience before getting placed in various Organizations. Students can take internships from anywhere ,any organization they want and had to provide certificate and assurance of the internship .College also organizes various industrial visits for civil and mechanical students to aid them understand the concept and enrich their knowledge in particular field. There are various clubs consisting of both student club and professional body club for various events related to subject to take place in college for students, each department has 4-5 such clubs.

CMRIT provides decent and assured placements to students in reputed organizations like Deloitte , Amazon, IBM, Sony, Flipkart, General Motors, VMware, TCS, Robert Bosch, Hitachi, Capgemini, Accenture, Huawei, Honeywell etc. Average placements is around 4.5 lakhs and Highest placement is 16 lakhs this year. Placements for Management students are also good, this year one of the management student bagged a placement of 22 lakhs per annum Synechron Technologies . Students become eligible for placements from 3rd year i.e 5th semester onwards. College provides placement training(TYL - Tie Your Laces) from 1st year onwards to ease student pressure and make them clear competition aptitude, comprehension, Quantitative and logical reasoning to get placed in reputed organizations. Placements in college is managed by college placement cells which consist of highly skilled and experienced faculty staff.

Fees for my college is feasible even for middle class family group students. Fees for students through KCET is currently 80710 per year, for students through COMEDK is around 2 lakhs per year and for students through management it depends on the branch they prefer for admission. CMRIT provides scholarship for students scoring very good marks in external examinations and a proper process to avail the scholarship. CMR Memorial scholarships provides financial aids to students economically weak and students coming from rural areas. CMRIT also provides scholarship to students from different quotas in accordance to schemes provided by Government.

College campus is very good and decent with lot of trees surrounding providing a positive, satisfactory and pollution free environment .My college has sports grounds for cricket, football, kabaddi. We also have Basketball and Badminton and TT court . Students have opportunity to excel in sports as well as education. College organizes fest (name CULTURA ) in every even semester ,where in students get opportunity to show their talents in various competition and grab amazing price money on winning. College also celebrates freshers day, Engineers day, Ethnic day and lot more fun events take place .College has three canteens which provide decent quality of food . College library is very large and nicely built consisting of two floors with more than adequate amount of quality books and journals from very highly reputed professors and writers around the world to aid students in gaining high quality education. Hostel with adequate and required facilities within college at feasible price.
