Remarks

Because it is nearby my location and the college faculties are very kind and helpful.The college is very tidy and easy to visit.Class hours are favorable. Facilities provided by the college is quite good and information will be given on time by the college.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is good. Teachers, staffs, and faculties are very kind and helpful. The way they teach us is easy to understand. Sometimes they conduct different activities apart from academics which is very essential for the students.

Class Size: 98Course Fees: INR 3500 per year

Placement Experience

Placement and job opportunities are provided twice every year either by staff members of college or college alumni. They provide every student link or website to apply for many internships and job opportunities.

College Events

Campus Life is good and enjoyable. Students will be very happy and cheerful during their college days at Delhi University. Extracurricular activities like sports day, fest, debate competition, art competition, dance competition, singing competition are also organized every year according to the schedule to meet students' requirements and their curiosity over sports and games apart from academics.

Campus Life

Campus infrastructure is well and maintained. A large playground with the garden as well as a canteen for lunch and breakfast with every facility provided. Maintained a healthy and clean environment there. The class size is quite large. About 100-150 students can comfortably study. Notice board for every held program and activity in the college. The auditorium is quite good and large for organizing many activities and functional programs. Library faculty is also good and you can easily issue books to read from thereafter you are provided a library card. A bus pass is also provided for each DU student for free travel anywhere in Delhi worth Rupees 250 approx. a month.

Daulat ram college through the eyes of drcians

Placement Experience:

From the 2nd year our internship is started and after 2nd year i.e, in the starting of 3rd year we are eligible for campus placements. Hands On experience !!

Placement Experience:

Students in my college can go for placements starting from 5th semester . many big companies including big four (4 ) visit the campus .The highest package was 23.5 lpa and median and avg package is 6.5 lpa .Most students who have got placements are 7 cgpa or above . Companies also provide intership opportunities for better placemnets .We also get guidance from resume building ,interviews and preparation .After finishing my degree I aim for placements and afterwards CAT forIIM's .

A beautiful memory

Course Curriculum Overview:

I will rate the daulat ram course 8/10. One of the main reasons i chose this course was that the syllabus felt balanced between theory and practical understanding..but the only drawback is that sometimes it felt a bit more theory based rather than practical exposure , the exam pattern is consistent mid-sem internals and end-sem finals twice a year. Internals are usually manageable, but end-semester exams depend a lot on the teacher marking style.

My pov of college

Placement Experience:

The campus placement is quite good, from 2nd or 3rd year students are eligible. Deloitte visited recently. I'm not aware about this, placements cells are made in college who take care of all this. A good amount of students get place, approx 20 students were placed this tym in Deloitte. I will be continuing with ACCA only.

SRCC- Asia's Best college experience

Placement Experience:

Students of 3rd year are eligible for the same. Mckinsey, BCG, Bain, Blackrock, Meesho etc being the most prestigious recruiters. Highest package varies, but it went around 36 L last year. Avg being around 8 L. I would say most students who apply for placements get placed, however only a few get placed in the top companies. I personally wish to pursue an MBA.

Consequences after getting admitted in DU

I gave the CUET exams to get my college. CUET exam is basically an entrance test for bachelors degree which eligibles you to all the central universities of India. You have to appear for four domain subjects that you have studied in your class 11th and 12th. You can apply for any course irrespective of it's connection with the subjects that you jave studied earlier. Based on your cuet score you will be eligible for different courses. The cutoff is really high for Delhi University starting from 600 for more most of the courses starting from the lower reputed colleges. You do get reservation benefits. The application form are generally out in the month of April. The exam has nothing to do with your class 12th percentage until you have passed the class. The only demerit I find is the late admission process. By the time you get the results of the exam, other top colleges' admission are done by then....Read More
