Common Seat Allotment System (CSAS) PG 2025 Counselling helps students get admission into various PG courses in Delhi University. Candidates who qualify the CUET PG exam can register for the CSAS PG Counselling.
The CUET PG 2025 Counselling will tentatively begin from May or June 2025. The CSAS PG Counselling for DU first allocation list is expected to be announced in the third week of August 2025. The CSAS PG 2025 Counselling comprises three phases: Application Submission, Choice Filling and Seat Allocation.
As the CSAS 2025 Counselling process is based on the candidate’s CUET PG scores, the expected CUET PG 2025 cutoffs are: General (230 - 250), OBC (220 - 230), SC (210 - 218) and ST (198 - 210).
Delhi University also offers postgraduate courses to international students through the Foreign Student’s Registry (FSR), not via the CSAS Portal. The candidate should have a recognized undergraduate degree equivalent to an Indian undergraduate degree and a valid passport and visa to secure admission into Delhi University.
Delhi University also offers postgraduate programs through the School of Open Learning (SOL) admission process which is separate from CSAS Pg Counselling. Admission through SOL PG is based on the CUET PG scores. SOL offers PG programs such as M.A., M.Com., MBA and PG Diplomas.

CSAS PG 2025 Counselling Eligibility
To be eligible for the CSAS PG 2025 Counselling, the candidates must have a valid rank in the CUET PG 2025 exam. The admissions are merit based with CUET PG being the only exam considered for the admissions. CSAS PG 2025 Counselling Registration
As per the previous year statistics, DU increased the number of PG courses from 77 to 82 as an attempt to diversify their range of courses. The total number of seats were also increased to accommodate the growing number of candidates applying to Delhi University.
A rise in the number of registered candidates is expected this year with 4,12,024 candidates appearing for the CUET PG 2025 exam.

The CSAS PG 2025 Counselling Seat Allotment process is done through multiple rounds and considers factors like candidate’s merit list position, candidate’s category and their choice of program and college.
CSAS PG 2025 Counselling Expected Cutoff
The CUET PG 2025 exam concluded on April 1, 2025. The result for CUET PG 2025 is expected to be announced in the third week of April 2025. Once the results are out, Delhi University will release the cutoff for each of the PG courses offered. The candidates can estimate which courses they can choose based on their scores.
M.A. Economics, M.Sc. Computer Science, M.Sc. Chemistry and B.Tech maintain the highest cutoff range of 260 - 290 for the General category. These courses are high in demand and have limited seats.
MA English, MA Political Science, MA History and M.Com have a slightly lower cutoff range of 230 - 270. Candidates scoring moderately in the CUET PG 2025 exam can apply for these courses.
