CUET PG Political Science Syllabus is released by NTA yearly on its official website. The syllabus will cover the basic knowledge and understanding of topics that were earlier studied by the candidates at their Undergraduate level. CUET PG Political Science Syllabus 2025 for the academic session 2025-2026 will be announced soon.
CUET PG Political Science syllabus comprises two sections Indian Politics and Contemporary World Politics. A total of 19 units is covered in the two sections. Indian Politics consists of 10 sections, whereas Contemporary World Politics consists of the remaining nine units.
The CUET PG syllabus Political Science 2025 consists of topics like - Western Political Philosophy, Indian Political Thought, International Relations, Indian Government and Politics. Candidates are advised to thoroughly go through the entire CUET PG Political Science syllabus before starting their preparation.
The CUET PG Pol Science syllabus question paper will have 75 questions, and all questions will be based on subject-specific knowledge. You must attempt all questions since they are compulsory. The exam will be bilingual (in English and Hindi). You can take the exam in the language of your choice.

What is the Format of CUET PG Political Science Exam?
The CUET PG exam pattern has 75 questions with a total of 300 marks. The total allotted time for this online exam is 105 minutes. The paper consists of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).
- All questions will be compulsory.
- The CUET question paper will have two Parts i.e. Part A and Part B.
- Part A will have 25 questions based on Language Comprehension/Verbal Ability, General Awareness, Mathematical/Quantitative ability and Analytical Skills.
- Part B will have 75 questions based on Subject-Specific Knowledge.
