I chose national Institute of fashion technology over other because this is an elite institution run by government of India talking about comparison my course provides a real and an authentic degree on graduation and placemenrs too. For being admitted to this college one need to appear for an entrance exam named NIFT for b design one need to appear for general ability test and creative ability test held on same day if they could pass sone certain cut off then they will have to appear for situation test held approximately one month after the CAT and GAT then the final results are out taking marks in consideration of the three exam one is provided by common merit rank vnd then category rank but for Bftech one need to appear only for general ability test held on same day as b design and the results for thua are announced with the final result of b design

Fees and Financial Aid:

Starting for the first semester the fees is 183000 and then following other semester its 150000 approx national Institute of fashion technology provides scholarship schemes such as SARTHAK and UDAAN to avail that there are some eligibility criteria to fall in also there is no such different fees for the other cast category candidate the fees is same for all scholarship cannot be availed by some certain marks or percentage but with your financial status and family income

BFTECH

You'll get a lot of assignments and work to do.

Regular UG students have Sarthak policy scheme. In this students get scholarships upto 75% on tution fees . It depends on you family annual income. Upto 80000 per annum you are eligible for 75%. From 80000 to 250000 you are eligible for 50%. From 250000 to 400000 you are eligible for 25% scholarship.

COMPETITIVE YET FUN

I haven't been availed of any scholarship or financial assistance. But there is one scholarship program which one can avail which is known as SARTHAK. There are prescribed condition for the scholarship to work and you can go through them in the website.

The faculties are good and are putting efforts. I think the infrastructure could have been better but other than that I am quite satisfied with the course and academia. The faculty members here are experienced, qualified and helpful too. The classroom teaching is equipped with LCD projectors. Some classes are conducted in IT labs which are equipped with different software helpful for the teaching of students and making them aware of the current trend in the industry. The students are going for industry visit on a regular basis as it is a part of the syllabus.

Not really. But there's a twining programme in which the college provides an opportunity to students to study abroad for one semester and the fees are paid by the college. I, however, never availed this service hence I cannot provide any information on this regard.
