NIFT Kolkata Placement 2026: Highest Package, Average Package, Top Recruiters

The college offers strong placement opportunities, with nearly 100% placement for seniors. In 2016, the highest package was 14 lakhs per annum, and the average package was around 3.5 lakhs per annum. Recently, package offers range from 4 to 45 lakhs, with an average between 5-7 lakhs per annum. Companies such as Arvind, Shahi Exports, Aditya Birla, Raymond, Nike, and Infosys participate in campus recruitment.

Internships are mandatory and begin from the end of the second year, with some providing stipends. Students gain practical experience and often secure Pre-Placement Offers (PPO) post-internship. Many graduates also pursue higher studies or start their own businesses.
