Placements are satisfactory enough like the company which is coming in here for the placement should offer atleast 6 lakhs ctc to the candidate One will get atleast 6 lakhs of placement it depends on you how your skills and techniques provides you the highest no of package its upto you that how much more you gain

Starting for the first semester the fees is 183000 and then following other semester its 150000 approx national Institute of fashion technology provides scholarship schemes such as SARTHAK and UDAAN to avail that there are some eligibility criteria to fall in also there is no such different fees for the other cast category candidate the fees is same for all scholarship cannot be availed by some certain marks or percentage but with your financial status and family income

Campus is quite little in comparison to other colleges but internal affairs and everything vibe ia quite nice we have some ceratin clubs such as social club, literary club, cultural club and sports club we have an annual fest named SPECTRUM which is common among all the nifts in India taling about classrooms they are fully ventilated and air conditioned we have an annual aports gathering of all the nift named CONVERGE in which 50 students for each nift participates in games and competitions are held and every year one institution is a winner

Hostel is nice for a fresher to join they only provide hostel facilities to 160-200 girls theres only girls hostel firstly the preferences are given to fresher after then its first come first serve service and then lottery is conducted to offer a room to a second year candidate and from thirs year there is no hostel facility for girls too hostel is nice facilities are very good but not food especially for people who are undergoing any sort of treatment would not suggesr to live in hostel food is really not good youll have to arrange all by yourself being in kolkata if i woikd have rented the room or pg ut would have been near the metropolitan area where the college is ita quite near and cheaper for students as well

I chose national Institute of fashion technology over other because this is an elite institution run by government of India talking about comparison my course provides a real and an authentic degree on graduation and placemenrs too. For being admitted to this college one need to appear for an entrance exam named NIFT for b design one need to appear for general ability test and creative ability test held on same day if they could pass sone certain cut off then they will have to appear for situation test held approximately one month after the CAT and GAT then the final results are out taking marks in consideration of the three exam one is provided by common merit rank vnd then category rank but for Bftech one need to appear only for general ability test held on same day as b design and the results for thua are announced with the final result of b design

Faculties are great even we have all india BFTECH chairperson as our data handling techniques faculty she is way too approachable and kind towardd all the students and staff talking about others we have been provided with work mails of all the faculties so that we may reach anytime to them in any case also some certain number of students are been provided by personal mentor which is one of thier faculty have separate mentoring hours session there are mid terms and end terms jury examination based on the work youve done all the semester you present it to the jury panel accordingly they mark it
