How are the placements for Bachelor of Fashion Technology [B.F.Tech] (Apparel Production) at NIFT Kolkata?

Placements are satisfactory enough like the company which is coming in here for the placement should offer atleast 6 lakhs ctc to the candidate One will get atleast 6 lakhs of placement it depends on you how your skills and techniques provides you the highest no of package its upto you that how much more you gain

Till now BFTech has 100% placement. Package range from 4-30 lakhs. Average is 5-7lakhs per annum. From 8th semester students become eligible for placements . 8th semester students have to do GP in a particular company then either they get PPO or after completing GP they take on campus placements .

The placement generally happens during the last year. Almost 100% placement is offered and it ranges from 4-10 lakhs p.a. However many opt for their own startups as well. Many go on for a higher degree, which is more favourable as the industry is highly competitive and you have to be on your feet.

The opportunities are great in nift. Internships are generally from sem 7 and it's really beneficial for every student

The placement of our seniors is almost 100%. Everyone got placed in different companies like Arvind, Shahi Exports, Must Garments, Laguna Clothing, Aquareel, etc. The highest package from my campus during placement in the year 2016 was 14 lacs/annum. The average package was 3.5 lacs/ annum. All the students get their internship by the college or by themselves.
