The package depends on whether you are joining which department of Animation or VFX.

Starting salary as an animator is a minimum of Rs 20,000-25,000 per month, in India.
For a roto artist, the salary is a minimum of 10,000-15,000 per month in India.
Starting salary as a compositor is a minimum of 20000-25000 per month.
