CGEC Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

From the 3rd semester almost every student becomes eligible for campus placement. Companies like Google HDFC e Infosys 8 CL Indian Railway compass Tata Flipkart Myntra and many more companies visit this college to offer placement. As this is a quite new college it highest package is a little bit low. Its on-campus highest package in 2021 is 12 lakh per annum and the average package is around 4 lakh per annum. Most of the students for higher studies after this college so the placement is around 60%. I also want to ask for higher studies after this college.

From the third semester, students become eligible for campus placement in this college. Desi are approximately 35 companies visited this college & approximately 350 offers were made to the students of this college. Last year the highest salary package was 10 lakh per annum and the average salary package was 4 lakh per annum. Last year almost 55% students God Placement in different companies from this college. This number is quite less because most of the people choose for higher studies after pursuing their graduation. I want to go for higher studies after completing my graduation from this college.

As it is a new college, the on-campus placement facility is not so good. The other reason for this is the college is far away from metropolitan city Kolkata. But you will find a lot of off-campus placement opportunities there, you can also go for higher education after finishing your B.Tech from this College.

They are really co-operative and are available for taking care of the students during almost any hour of the day. On account of being located somewhat remotely, they take special care to maintain safety in the hostels, especially the female hostel.

Our college is not having the faculties of the Mechanical Department, that will come regularly to the college and teach the students on a regular basis. The faculties of the other departments is well and good.

There is totally positive mark present on my mind.I didn't remember about it.College is residing beside Torsha river,It has big playground to play.So CGEC is totally filled with amusement along with good education system.

College is good and present at good location beside the torsa river the view is very nice and peaceful place in the town and not polluted place in Cooch Behar and the college is very nice faculties are helpful and seniors and labs are well maintained.

Yes there are few ragging incidents which has taken place in our campus but now our college authorities have taken strict decision against that offence to make our college environment lucrative for study.
