Course Curriculum Overview:
Curriculum is highly Economics focused hence the name Business Economics. Its a plus point for people coming from Economics background however others struggle a bit. All in all one needs to study really hard.

- The campus is beautiful, lush green and is located at the end of the Aravali Range.
Course Curriculum Overview:
The curriculam is very different from usual B-Schools. Here we are taught econometrics, Time series analysis, Game Theory and other non-traditional subjects like International Economics and Environmental Economics.

- Hostel seats are less so we have to take PG
Placement Experience:
Placements are good and majority of the placements are in the analytics domain so you must prepare best analytics in advance ans must start preparing for coding languages like python, R , SQL and other Statistical tools.

Placement Experience:
The placement of DBE is very good with an average of 14.4L Package and even summer internship opportinites are provided to the students. These figures are constantly improving. Many placement preparation activities are also conducted which help the students to get a better campus placement.

- The fees is very less for MBA as compared to other colleges.
- There is not much academic pressure leaving room for you to explore on your own.
- The peer group is very diverse and knowledgable.
Dislikes
- There are limited seats in hostels. Most students have to stay at nearby places.
- The quality of food served at the canteen could be improved.
Placement Experience:
The students become eligible for the final placements from the 2nd year onwards and various companies like Barclays, Amex, ICICI bank visits the campus.
In the first year internships opportunities are also provided.

- The Department has weekly guest lectures where one or multiple industry leaders visit the campus to share their corporate experience.
- The course curriculum is best suited for people interested in Analytics and gives hands on experience for modern techniques making the MBA programme more unique.
- The discipline and seriousness shown by your peers creates an excellent learning environment.
Dislikes
- My batch was admitted without the interview process which created loopholes in the overall discipline of the batch.
- A little lack of resources as compared to IIMs kind of pushes the Department behind in rankings.
- If you are part of multiple Clubs and Committees, it gets a little tough to manage all the tasks.
Course Curriculum Overview:
The course curriculum is mostly aligned towards Economics but you don't need to have prior experience in the field, you can start afresh and still excel. I picked this course specifically for the Analytics part of it.

- The campus is very beautiful, lush green and overall a very big garden feel. Canteen is somewhat average, the distance from metro is around 1 km which feels okay for a college accessibility.
- There are a lot of departments under arts with different programmes under each department which gives ample opportunities for social interactions.
- The faculty is very much experienced mostly towards economics and finance. Most of the faculties are holding P.hd. in their respective domain. The curriculum is also very well designed covering economics, Statistics, finance, analytics and marketing.
Dislikes
- A little development of classes might be needed because of old age building, there are not a lot of good benches or classes.

Placement Experience:
Till the time of writing, I am in 3rd month of my 5 month last semester and in my class about 60% of my batch is placed. You have to submit a student body fee of 40000 a year to be eligible for taking placements as this help out in having events organized outside the college. As there is no placement cell provided by DU, our student body is mostly run by students. Currently highest package offered was about 27 lpa and roles that have come are management trainee, Junior Data scientist, risk analyst etc.

- Campus is lush green. In centre of India - Delhi NCR.
- Metro connectivity, near-buy food places, inexpensive surroundings
Dislikes
- Infrastructure is not at par like IIMs, there is no separate campus for DBE, it's a shared campus so all the amenities are shared with n number of department.
Placement Experience:
It's great trust me, I can vouch for it, the amount of fees you are giving for that number it's really good, way better than getting less package or staying unemployed over and above a hefty loans.
It's around 30-40 companies atleast. Avg - 13 to 15 lpa, profile are majorily in analytics side.

- Huge green campus, subsidised canteen, with minimal interference with nature. The boy girl ratio is 80:20. Limited but experienced and knowledgeable faculty. Easy going course split in 4 sems accross 2 years. Teaching method is still primitive.
- The faculty is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They provide academic support wherever needed. Could use a little more support in the extra curricular front, for a more holistic development on the students.
Dislikes
- Huge strides in infra dev is needed along with a course revamp and rigorous check on funds (provision and use) and the power dynamics of people with POR (students or otherwise)
- A legal, university approved and regulated student body is needed (that looks after placements as well) in order to ensure fairness, transperancy and prevent any abuse or power or funds.
Placement Experience:
For interships, the students are eligible in the 1st semester itself and for final placements, in the 3rd.
The process conducted is not so transparent, quite a lot of loopholes. Around 60-70 percent of the batch gets placed depending on their capabilities and employability.

- The campus is lush, green, and beautifully maintained, offering a serene environment where you can feel connected to nature and enjoy a sense of peace.
- The various speaker sessions and panel discussions provide valuable insights into market trends and industry requirements, enhancing our knowledge. Additionally, interactions with industry stalwarts offer excellent networking opportunities.
Dislikes
- There is only 1 canteen in the campus, so the option for snacking is very limited.
- There are only few seats available for hostel, so most of the students has to look out for other options outside the campus.
Placement Experience:
The average packaged offer is 14.5 LPA, and some of the top recriters include American Express, Barclays, Caastle, Arcesium and many more. Most of the roles offered are of Data Analyst and in sales.
