The tution fees is quite less and does not increase that much. It costs around 4 lakhs to complete the course (including tution, hostel and mess charges). 99 percent of students get a scholarship of 60000/- per annum (people who do not get it is the ones who failed in the semester in the previous year and can renew it next year) which is either from INSPIRE/IISc Promotional Scholarship. There are no major employment opportunitites that I have undertaken since I am just going to seciond year now.

The tuition fee is very cheap and affordable in order to promote research culture in India. There has not been an increase since the last 10 years. For first year students, they will have to pay an admission fee of 20000, a refundable security deposit of 25000, and 33000 as the tuition fees for first year. The tuition fees for second, third and fourth years continues similarly. The hostel charges are 5000 per month, and the mess charges will vary depending on what meals you choose but it comes to approximately 5000 per month. One of the good things about IISc is that almost all the students are provided with scholarships to study. SC and ST students are directly waived off from paying any tuition fees. For the rest of students there exists INSPIRE Scholarship which gives you a stipend of 5000 per month. Till 2022 when KVPY mode was running, KVPY scholars were given 5000 monthly stipend with 20000 annual contingency grant.

The fees were very low compared to the facilities provided.Hostels and mess was very good and the food was awesome.I was getting KVPY fellowship which was around 5000 rupees per month and extra 20000 per year for travel expenses.
The fees here are like every other tier 1 college, but almost every student has a scholarship, being it due to low family income and also because of high cpi and jee rank. Campus jobs are very rare but we can always do certain internships.
total fees for bsc is 65,000/- it is government regulated institute, so fee hikes are less. many central government scholarship are available whereas fellowships are provided like for bsc it is 5000 per month
The fees is almost negligible for the Students as All most every Student is getting a Scholarship from NTSE or KVPY or directly by the Institute, It will barely cost you 50000 rupees for your whole course even if you do not avail Scholarship. It is very likely here to get an Internship Job for the Students in Organisations like HAL, ISRO and DRDO but everything depends upon your hard work
The mahadbt is the scholarship form filled by maximum students. After that students with high score go for Inspire scholarship. The students who are not eligible for mahadbt scholarship as there family income is more so they xan apply for the freeship form.
I have kvpy scolarship which give me 5000 per month and 20000 at the end of the each year. Iisc have its own scolarship also for those students who got no scolarship. The kvpy scolarship gives us reasonable money.
