Fees and Financial Aid:

There is availability of Scholarships for students of caste, haven't heard of any scholarship for open category, Cost of education is not high but is higher than other colleges, Still would consider is good according to the quality of education, Tution fee depends on year, 36k, all things such as breakage, Library and GYM fees are included in the overall fee, Reexam require payment soo does Industrial visits, Jobs are available but internship are given to students from second year

Good infrastructure, facilities and extra curricular activities

Tution fees for biotech and IT is highest in the college compare to any other course. It has been increase gradually in last 2-3 years . The total fees may go around 30,000-40,000/year. The reserved catergory students gets the benefit of scholarship/freeship with MahaDBT.

Internships, Courses

My course fees were RS 32000/- on an average per year. This course has a bit higher fees as it is a self-financing course but one could get some assistance from caste benefits. Also, the college has a few scholarships like Israni scholarship, etc which are provided based on the students' family income, caste, etc. The department of Chemistry provides T. N. Venkatesan scholarship which is caste and merit-based. I didn't see a fee hike during my education. I am not aware of the placements provided.

My experience

The fee for the first year is around 30000. It increases by 2-3 thousand in the second and the third year. The entire course costs less than 1 lakh. There are different free ships and scholarships offered based on the merit, caste, and income of the students. I am aware of the caste scholarship and Israni scholarship that helps reduce the fee of students with caste and low income. There are no in campus placements offered as of now

Best College in Mumbai for becoming Future Biotechnologist

Average fees per year are 30,000 Rs. However, at the end of the year, miscellaneous charges are to be paid like lab breakage fees ranging from about 200-600 Rs. per semester. also, the fees can be paid via installments. There was no relaxation given for the academic year 2020-2021 due to COVID-19 and the fees was the same as the previous year, Israni scholarship & T.N Venkateshan scholarship or students.No placements or internships given

I was in the same college for my plus 2 years and the experience was great. The teaching staff was very good at covering and completing the course. Industrial visits in for of one day picnics were managed every academic year. So hopefully the experience will remain the same for my degree college year.
