Campus placements are quite less in the commerce course. The ones that are available are mostly taken up by CA students which leaves no room for other students. Companies like Deloitte, Colgate and Hindustan Unilever visited for placement. Highest salary was 5 LPA and avg salary was 3.8 LPA

Colgate and Deloitte are the companies which give opportunities to students at the level of assistant manager and sales executive as such the stipend im not aware of but there is the salary of a decent amount provided
Project were given to us at the end of the 5 th semester. And teachers are assigned to set of students and they have make project on particular topic. The project carry marks like 30% so don't be light about it.
Companies like Wipro, rely mostly on offering accountant roles for BCom students. They first take entrance exams and then interviews the clarify students and then select for a particular role.
From the 6th semester, the students become eligible for the campus placements. Companies like Accenture , edelvise Tokyo , Swift , Etc make offers for placements , 60% students get the placements , my plans after getting the degree was to do M.A
I got the Internship at a firm called Deloitte in which I was supposed to assist a charted accountant with all data collection work and using mainly excel then so it was an overall good experience I also got to corporate etiquette and learned how to talk with colleges, seniors and with clients. So overall a good experience for me.
YRoles are offered mostly in marketing, finance, HR and insurance. I had but they take people who are very great in academics but there are only a few people who have actually done good therefore not more than1-2 people get placed. There are no placements for regular B.Com course or BA course.
I've been a campus ambassador for Internshala and now currently of IIT techfest Bombay. Alongwith it I'm doing an operations internship a startup too. All these experiences are really valuable for my future career excellence
I have been a student of B.Com which does not have direct placement from the college but we do have a group where the examination committee keeps us updated about the latest job opportunities, internships available. It also allows the students to share if any opportunity is available in the group. I feel that job placements shall be available for regular courses like B.Com as well which aren't there but the examination committee helps with updating us. Job placements or campus interviews arranged for self-financing courses include paid internships for banking, accounting, marketing, etc.
The students become eligible for campus placements after the 5th Semester. Many finance and banking companies such as TCS, Reliance, and ICICI Bank offer placements for the aspirants. (It would be more beneficial if one has pursued any professional course or post-graduation course after B.Com.) Highest salary: Around Rs. 45,000 Average salary: Around Rs. 25,000 The percentage of students getting placements is around 40 - 50. I have pursued C.A. along with B.Com. - Regular.
