KJ Somaiya Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

I chose this course because sports management is a growing field and only a few colleges offer them and KJ seemed best. There are different faculties for every different subject and each one of them is specialists in the field of sports and well trained professionals. The teaching method is 60% practical and 40% theoretical. Two exams are held per semester, one is an internal assessment practical test and one final written test. It was very easy to pass as far as one is dedicated.

I chose this course as I found that I have a greater market value. There are different lecturers for different subjects. Each faculty is a specialist in their own subjects and teaching sessions are very interesting, unlike traditional methods. There is one exam conducted per semester along with a viva

The institute offers 100% placement assistance to all the students across the specializations. The sector which gives maximum offers is BFSI followed by IT & consulting. The average package offered is usually around 10.75 LPA, but due to the pandemic, it has dropped down a bit. The average package of top 100-120 students goes around 12-13 LPA.

The KJ Somaiya Institute of Management Studies and Research has a splendid placement record. A reputed business organization such as Marico limited, Nestle, Hindustan Unilever come here as regular recruiters. The average package is around 9.8 lacs per annum.

Placements is good in this college. Basically, students are chosen on the basis of their ability Knowledge and Experience, many companies visited our college for Interview. The package depends on the Individual. And varies from person to person. Almost 50-60%of students got placements from this college and are happy with thier work. After I passed out from this college I started working in the company.

One of the prominent reason, that KJ Somaiya is located in Mumbai, which is a commercial capacity of India. Second it has a huge campus located in the heart of the city and around 50 acres .It is a well known brands, and alums are posted on top of companies like MD and CEO also have their own companies.

The institute has an impeccable placement record. Recruiter such as Accenture, Hero MotoCorp, Bajaj Finserv come here as regular recruiters. The average placement package is approximately 9.8 lacs per annum as per the latest records.

Placements at the college at very good. Top companies visit the campus every year and offer very high packages. Colleg also works hard to get all the students placed. More than 80 companies visit the campus. Almost 100% of the batch gets placed.

The companies visited on campus include GEP, ITC, Amazon, Crisil, EY, KPMG, Google, LG, Samsung, ICICI Bank, HSBC, HUL, Nestle, Asian Paints, Accenture, Infosys, TCS, etc. The highest placement is around Rs27 lakhs and the average placement is Rs10.67 lakhs. The sectors include manufacturing, banking, FMCG, Retail, e-commerce, and conglomerates. The most offered profile was of business development. 99.81% students get placed. My plan was to work in my dream company and today, I am doing so.
