Hostels at the institution offer both single and double occupancy options, with single rooms provided to 4th and 5th-year M.Sc. students, and double sharing for the first three years. The hostel buildings are relatively new, approximately 3-4 years old, and well-maintained with regular cleaning. Students are required to stay in hostels, which are included in the total fee of 9400 Rs, with no additional hostel fees. Four canteens available on campus offer a variety of food options at reasonable prices, such as chicken curry for 33 Rs, without a mess system.

The hostel facilities include a bed, table, chair, cupboard, fan, and adequate sanitation facilities for all students. Separate hostels are available for girls, named Ganga and Kaveri. The infrastructure is modern with facilities like lifts and a well-designed four-story layout. The Hostel Management Committee includes representatives from both M.Sc. and P.G. programs and adjusts its composition as needed.
