So the faces, very different for every year so for the first year, it is the highest because it includes admission fees, registration fees and everything so it is about one lakh and 95,000 and rest of the years. It is around 1,75,000 so total comes around seven lakhs and it is increasing every year, so it might be 7.5 lakhs. Also there are scholarships because the college is affiliated with IPU and it is government University so all the government scholarships like the EWS scholarship, the merit companies scholarship and the scholarship for SC/ST students is also applicable.

Total Fee Structure is 1.45 lakh per year, it is 1.65 lakh in the first year due to ipu taking some charges. Therefore total charges come around to be 6 lakhs for 4 years. No scholarships as of my knowledge. The fees isn't increasing as of now.

First of all, both the branches differ a lot from each other. Thus, you need to understand which branch you are inclined to. Also, keep in mind that you can change your field from ECE to CSE but not vice versa. So, choosing CSE can get you an advantage in many ways. My friend is currently studying CSE in MSIT and here’s what his experience says.

Dedicated faculty: Most teachers are well experienced and really enjoy what they teach you. If you have even smallest of the doubts, do not hesitate as they will assist you whenever you need them. Especially in the CSE department, teachers are really cooperative.

Infrastructure: If you visit both MSIT and MAIT, you will find that MAIT has a tad bit better infrastructure.

Location: MSIT definitely has a location advantage as you can find various hangout spots around the institute and even the nearest metro of Janakpuri East is just 5 minutes away. On the other hand, MAIT lacks proximity to metro and hangout spots.

Placements: While both the colleges have great placements, the CSE branch will get you better packages and increased opportunities, like any other college In India.

According to the recent placement data the highest and average CTC offered at MSIT is 47 LPA and 3.6 LPA. For MAIT the average and highest CTC is 3 LPA and 28 LPA.

According to my friends, you will find that after enrolling in Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology, all you'll have to do is show up for sessionals and assignments. You must attend lessons or else the HOD will contact your parents. However, this opinion varies from person to person.

You should never depend on the college completely. Get your basic concepts like data structures and algorithms completely clear.
You can also practice on various online programming platforms like hackerrank, code chef, interview bit, etc.
Do not ignore the other core subjects like DBMS, OS, and computer networks. It is also advisable for you to learn some developments in Web and in Android as well. This will provide you with amazing opportunities.
Eventually, even your branch of engineering doesn't matter as long as you are passionately driven towards programming The hard fact about programming is that if you are really good at it you will not face a problem in finding placements for yourself.
