Things you should know before choosing Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology

The course curriculum is not so relevant in terms of modern day requirement. It is still somehow an old school curriculum, but the faculty can help with what's going on around the world. There are two mid term exams and 1 end term exam.

The internship opportunities are limited to almost negligible provided by the college, though students grab internships in their third or fourth year, but by themselves. So if you are thinking for this college, the internship are all upon yourself

The students can start internship from third year by their own hardwork and the placements are officially started from the fourth year with average package of around 7 to 8 LPA for computer science branch.

The college fees for first year was approximately 1.9 lacs but from the second year to the final year, it drops to around 1.75 lacs annually and there are no such scholarships provided by the college itself but external scholarships, whether government or private ones are applicable to this college.

The social life for this college is decent like the crowd here is good one and I would say that my overall experience here till now is decent. The clubs are engaging here, their participation is good enough.

This college offered me computer science degree at low rank of JEE Mains, and for the other college, the rank requirement is higher for the same degree and I dont want to go to the lower branch of some NIT or DTU/ NSUT.

The faculty member is very supportive, but a few of them are really arrogant but some exceptions always exist everywhere but the overall experience with teachers is good. They are comfortable talking about academics or cocurricular and super chill.

The nightlife is not a good take you can think about in or around this college, as the area in which the college is situated is not so safe and their is also not any 24x7 store here. For girls, this area at night is not a safe option clearly.
