REVIEW AS PER MY PERSPECTIVE

Likes

The academics are good as considered for engineering level studies
The community type living doesn't criticise anyone

Dislikes

Though good in academics the college still lacks in the good placement record
The fests conducted are quite pretty simple

Placement Experience:

After the 6th sem the students are allowed for internships and can go for placement campus selection or off campus placement and the avg goes to 6.5 to 7 lpa which is quite decent and good percentage of students get placed every year

A Journey Worth Remembering

Likes

Good infrastructure and campus Environment the college has a spacious and clean campus with modern infrastructure.classrooms are well-equipped,and there are separate labs for different branches
Supportive faculty most of the faculty members are knowledgeable and approachable.They are willing to guide students not only in academics but also in projects internship and career decisions

Dislikes

Less Placement opportunities the placement opportunities should be improved more so that the student from every department can be placed and settle in good position only career guidance is not important good placement important
Limited freedom and campus restrictions like dress code and strict rules regarding movement inside the campus sometime this make students to feel less independence

Placement Experience:

MVJ college of engineering has a good Placement record, for branches like CS and ECE The Placement activities are handled by Placement Cell, which begins preparing students from 6th semister through aptitude session, communication skills etc They maintain good score like 60% and above academic percentage the students are eligible for placement drive from 6th semister onwards At my time at college some 10 companies visited the campus Highest package from my batch is 5L per Annum Most placement are in roles like developer and Networking side for core branches they get opportunities in design, testing and maintenance roles Overall MVJ provides good placement opportunities

the oppurtunities they are giving in our college is very good.
we have good lectures,as we get a better education
we have a good canteen facility ,and also it s vert

our college comes under top 15 in karnataka,and i am from ise branch ,we will be having 95 percent of placement in our colllege.This is the main thing which made me to join this college. we have diiferent programming languages labs,so that we will get the practical applications of the languages.

Likes

Campus is good and mainly located near Whitefield.
too good supportive professor. Staff are too chill. Some staff are like our bestfriend's.
Lab equipment are good . You are not facing any issue with pc.. it's good

Dislikes

There is only few events in a year. I think only 3 events.
Hostel building is too bad. And hostel food is too bad.
There is no field to play games like cricket, football.

Placement Experience:

After 8 sems we are eligible for placements. TCS ,Dell and many companies visited mvj. Highest package of mvj was 22lakhs per annum. Basically some companies ask CGPA at above 8. My plan is a developer after my engineering in python language or Else I will continue my dad business

My College Life Experience.

Likes

I likes is cleanliness of the college nd surroundings and the those i felt improvement is the washrooms.
My college life is good as i have been chilling everyday and the quality of interactions are very good here.
Here the faculty in the college are not that much good and teaching methods are not upto the mark.

Dislikes

Here the placement activities are not upto the mark as well as career advancement also
campus amenities are good in our college but the learning facilities are not as much good.
As per my knowledge the course curriculum is average.

Placement Experience:

Actually in ur college there are less placement opportunities. from 3rd year 2nd sem the placements will start. approx 10 companies vistites 300 offers we got. average package is 5 lakhs and highest is 10 lakhs. 70% of the students getting placements. my plans after degree is going to job.

Likes

The teachers are really supportive and try to understand the students better.
The workshops and the labs are kept in top condition for the students.
The college hosts two fests a cultural fest amd a technical fest which help in the betterment of the student's skill and social well being.

Dislikes

The campus has very little sitting area.
The entire campus is a pure vegetarian campus.
The security gaurds tend to be a little mean towards the students.

Students are eligible for campus placements from their 7th sem. Some of the companies visited are wipro, decathlon,infosys,boeing etc The highest package as per now is 28 lpa And the average package is 5lpa Over 90% of students get placed. Me personally after getting my degree wil pursue my masters probabky in germany.

The facts on our college

Likes

Exposure!, the environment here is awesome.... peace and studies at the same time.
The labs are veryyyyy helpful. Not only for their subject related work but also will help with other works.
Classroooms are very tidy and clean. The seatings are very comfortable

Dislikes

The canteen food.. at times is the worse! Modt of the time is nice tho.
No much encouragement towards sports... and wont allow girls to play with boys!
Gender bias! Especially in the ground, girls are not allowed to even play with her male friends!! And girls are not allowed to be there after college hours! We will be told" classes are over right? What r u dling here? Go home"

Placement Experience:

There are placement tests available in our college. There are quite big companies like Spider and TCS that visit our college to pick the best of our seniors for employment. Students from 3rd year, that is, from 5th semester, are eligible for this. Recently I found many companies visiting our campus, though I'm not exactly sure about the salary and the number of takeaways. I predict it to be more than 10 students. The average salary package offered here is 120,120,000 rupees per annum, and that's the highest income.! The percentage of students getting placed is 89%. 89%.I'm getting a degree; I would like to get a job so that I can be independent and have my own money!

College Atmosphere:- The college atmosphere is good
Laboratory:- The Laboratory is well maintaied and all equipments all available.
College Library:- The most important thing all books are available in library and there is a lot of space to read books.

Dislikes

Attendance:- Most irritating thing the minimam attendance we have to maintain is 75% and below 75% no one can sit in the final examination
All teachers are well qualified but some of them didn't know how to teach students and clear the concepts.
College Playground:- The Playground is too dusty while playing any game all cloths gets dirty.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum's emphasis on practical applications, integration of theoretical knowledge with hands-on projects.The curriculum is designed to build a strong foundation in both technical and soft skills. The frequency of exams is appropriately 1month.

All about the life at MVJ college of engineering

Likes

the labs and infrastructure of the college is constantly updated to suit the current trends
faculties and lab instructors are very friendly and helpful in projects
there are many number of clubs assisting student to improve their personality

Dislikes

some students feel that payment process in accounts department have huge queues which can be improved over time

What is your review for MVJ College of Engineering for information science?

According to me, the Information Science and Engineering program at MVJCE Bangalore is good. This is my opinion not because I have completed the same degree from this college, but because I have friends who’ve been to other colleges for the same (or similar) course.

The curriculum at MVJCE is similar to other engineering colleges, but there are certain advantages to pursuing Information Science from there. The department faculty is not only highly educated, but skilled in teaching as well. They were always very supportive, and made us understand the practical applications of each and every concept.

Apart from that, the college placement cell also does a decent job. It was particularly my teachers whose support enabled me to grab a well paying job during campus placements.
