- Synapse is the annual fest a fun fest with with lots of zeal and enthusiasm .there are many clubs and societies and they provide an opportunity of self development.
- I like the faculty and students here. all are very educated and informative
- Mamc is among the best government medical colleges in india, so it's is highly affordable.
Dislikes
- The dogs in the hostels are creating mess as they are not taken of and subsequently they died of some injuries and infectious following them.
- It is stress full, sometimes all the test and tutorials and just simply study become tough.
- Building are old and they are not maintained very well

Course Curriculum Overview:
-Because I want to be a doctor since childhood.
-Ratio is about 100:250.
-Very well qualified teachers and their teaching method is also good.
-Term exams are held after every 3 months and an assessment also happens every week it was not east to pass the way, you have to work hard for it.

I choose the course because I like to serve people.
Faculty: student ratio - depends on whether it is a whole class lecture or a Small Group discussion.
All the faculties are very helpful and educated well.
Term exams are quite tough though but You can pass them by Knowing important topics.

Course Curriculum Overview:
I chose this course as I want to join the medical field. The MBBS is 5 years course all the faculties are well educated as real doctors teach us and they not only educate us about the course but also their real-life experience. There are semester-wise exams and a final professional exam.

Course Curriculum Overview:
The medical profession is one of the best professions and I wanted to become a good doctor so I opt for this course. The faculty-student ratio is very good in spite of having 250 students each year. 250 are divided into 3 groups A, B and C Then these groups are allowed 2 to 4 teachers.
Sometimes groups of 30 students with 2 to 3 teachers in each group while posting groups of 10 students in each ward with 3 to 4 teachers in hospital.
Highly skilled and educated Doctors teach students in our college.
Terms are 6 months apart and are not much difficult. One can easily pass by working hard .

Course Curriculum Overview:
MBBS is not like other courses, in this profession we deal with patients, the feeling we get from them after treating and curing them is the most precious thing to me.
There is quite a good number of professors and resident doctors in college in each department.
Many professors and residents are passed out of our college and others are of AIIMS, LHMC, UCMC &VMMC.
The professors are highly qualified and teach the subject to make one understand every thing in their lectures, they give full freedom to ask doubts any time during and after the lecture.
Regular tests weekly, monthly as well as after completing topics are conducted.
Also paper happens four times a year in 1& 2nd years.
If you studied regularly the exam are not at all difficult to pass.

- Central library which has all the books we need and facilities.
- Departmental Canteen (DC) and OBH mess food which provide good quality food at very low price

- Dogs in the campus. There are lots of dogs in our campus. Sometimes they enter in classroom
- Compulsory Attendance system. A minimum of 75% attendance is necessary to sit in exams
- Teaching through PPT. It is one of the worst method of teaching according to me. It makes lectures so boring

MBBS undoubtedly is one of the toughest courses.
Becoming a doctor is a dream of many students and so is mine. It is one of the highly respected professions and curing and helping others gives you another level of satisfaction that's why I choose this course.
MAMC has one of the best faculties in India. They are highly qualified doctors in their respective fields. Faculty students ratio is also good at MAMC. For each group of 25-30 students, there are 1-2 PGs, 1 SR, and 1 professor.
There are lots of tests and exams in 1st and 2nd year but there is some relaxation in the curriculum afterwards. Terms exams and tests are not easy to pass but also they aren't too difficult. You can pass exams if you have studied regularly.

Course Curriculum Overview:
The college is the best in terms of academics and clinical exposure. Patients from far and wide come for consultation. The faculty members are experienced with expertise in teaching. Regular tests are taken after the completion of units. The tests are strict and carry weight which gets added to annual exams. The Student-Faculty ratio is 1:30.

- Since college is very old it have great alumni network both in India and aboard
- The fee of MBBS college in country runs into crores where as we have fee of 2k per annum

- Student union of our college is very corrupt and biased to some state students
- There is no extracurricular activities and fest also is not so good
- Sports facilities are veey poor. College does not give funds for sports

Faculties vary from department to department still there are around 10 professors and around 5,7 SR in each dept.
Faculties are highly qualified all are highly experienced.

- Bathrooms are very bad in the hostel from since beginning.
- Batch size is of 250 which could be a factor ho lack of attention on individual student.
- Security in the campus is very bad , recently my friend’s phone was snatched in front of the hostel road

The faculty is top notch and the academics are the main focus of the college and every faculty is renowned and well known all over the countryside, in a year we have 3 terms including pre-university exams and there will be final professional exam which will be conducted.

One of my friends studied at Maulana Azad Medical College (MAMC). According to him, studying here was his best decision. It is one of the best Government medical colleges in India.
Infrastructure:
- It is great being a government college.
- The lecture halls are good and fully air conditioned.
- It has 5 hospitals attached to it.
- Hostels are a bit of a let down but they provide recreational facilities like TT rooms, basketball court, volleyball court, badminton hall and a reading room.
- There is also a pool for swimming.
- Gym facilities are also provided.
Academics:
- The faculty here is highly experienced.
- Some of the departments here are also known to be better than the AIIMS.
Clinics:
- It has 5 hospitals associated with it.
- Here due to lots of patients, you will encounter various cases. This will give you the appropriate amount of exposure.
College Life:
- Seniors are very cooperative.
- You will get lots of opportunities for personality development.
- Life here can be a bit hectic but that will be helpful in the longer run.
- The college has a very welcoming and accepting environment.
- One of the best things about MAMC is its location. It is situated in the heart of the city.
You should also remember that the students of MAMC are the ones that make this college what it is today. The competitive nature and hectic schedule keeps you engaged and will eventually help you in the long run.
