- Histology laboratory including binocular microscopes, pentahead microscope, automatic tissue processor, knife sharpener, tissue stainer, cryostat and autoclave. A triple distillation plant is also available in the department.
- In addition, the department has an LCD Projector, laptops, four slide projectors, over overhead projector, and embryology and neuroanatomy projection slides as teaching aids.
- The museum displays 160 dissected specimens, 5 plastinated specimens, 75 models, 250 charts and drawings and a catalogue of the specimens. The museum has 5 foetal skeletons, 25 disarticulated skeletons, 50 complete skulls and 44 sets of disarticulated skull bones.
