University of Toronto (U of T): Admissions, Fees 2026, Rankings, Scholarships, and Courses

• There are 2 campuses of our college, and both of these campuses have nice infrastructure and the best available facilities for library, sports, and medical.
• The college is very interested in and rigorous in promoting sports in our college, and also organizes events in some gaps of times and has a very high budget to organize the sports activities.

• It had 3 campuses to my knowledge – University of Toronto (St. George campus), University of Toronto (Scarborough Campus) and UofT (Mississauga) – the locations are the cities mentioned in the brackets.
• All such facilities were obviously available in a university of this size and stature. We were not involved in a lot of campus festivals, clubs or popular events, mainly because we were not undergraduate students but graduate students and the focus was primarily on studies.

• The total fees for the programme I selected, Coursework Master of Laws with a Concentration in Business Law, were approximately 53,000 Canadian Dollars. This figure is inclusive of tuition fees and any other miscellaneous fees.
• However, this figure does not include the hostel or the mess charges, as I had to take up off-campus housing and that was not included in the figure mentioned above.

• We have 3 campuses –
  • UofT St George
  • UofT Scarborough
  • UofT Mississauga
• We have plenty of fancy libraries, Hart House as the biggest recreational centre, a humongous ice-skating rink and a football ground.
• The indoor courts are huge as well.
• Science rendezvous is a popular festival. The Indian communities celebrate Holi, Diwali and Garba as well.

• Fees for the entire course per year are ~8000 CAD
• Off-campus housing ranges from 700 to 2200 CAD, depending on the level of luxury/comfort you want
• Fees are charged on a yearly/term basis.
• Monthly expense – 750 750CAD (rent), 200 CAD (groceries), 300CAD (miscellaneous), 660 CAD (8000 total; charged annually)
• The stipend provided more or less covers an ordinary style of living. You can save just enough remotely to fly back and forth to your country.

• One campus for MBA, Downtown. All kinds of facilities are available in the university area: multiple libraries, sports facilities (Arena), gyms, and medical support is also available.
• RFA, RAMA (Finance Clubs), MCA (consulting), women's exclusive (WIMA), and more clubs for negotiations, entrepreneurship, etc. Many case competitions, Grad Fest (Winter and Summer)

• This Year the full program fee is CAD $1,35000, CAD $100,000 for PR and Canadian Citizens. You have to pay the fee divided in 4 parts, semester - wise
• I am not enrolled in university housing but students can submit the application in advance if they need university housing. There is a graduate house (for single student) and family housing options are available for families. There is usually a waitlist and offers are rolled out in serial order; thus, the sooner you apply, the better. Monthly expenditure, approx. $1800-$2000.

• The University of Toronto has three campuses in the greater Toronto Area. Its facilities are fabulous for everything. Transportation food everything is great. UTM dance team, 4NF dance club, intramural sports team aerospace student association hart house club and many more are here. And you can create your club also.

• There are a total of 3 campuses under the University of Toronto.
• The main branch is the St. George campus. The other two are Mississauga and Scarborough.
• The campus comprises all possible facilities, including a gym, swimming, basketball, tennis, football, soccer, and other sports as well.
• There are events going on throughout the year. I don't remember the exact festival name but there is a Rotman Alumnu meet and rotman anniversary that invites all the alumns together under 1 room for a big celebration.
• There are different clubs and organisations that are responsible for conducting educational events as well as case competitions.

• The overall fee was around 77000 CAD, which included the college fee, ancillary fee, gym and other sports activities, health insurance, dental insurance, and a few other things.
• The fee was supposed to be submitted in three parts. The first part was a small amount of about 5000 CAD, which confirmed the seat. The next 2 were major chunks of installments divided equally with deadlines in September and November, respectively.
• The approximate amount might vary from person to person and mostly pins down on the type of housing one would prefer. For the students who preferred graduate housing, that would cost about 1400 CAD per room per month; otherwise, the rent varies b/w 800-1500 CAD per head per month.
• The food cost might vary from 250-350 CAD per month. There is a transit pass for unlimited travel with local transport costing 128 CAD per month.

• The college is filled with fun activities that one could think of.
• Each club makes an effort to create a homely and fun atmosphere for its members.
• If you join certain clubs, you would enjoy extra curricular activities more whereas some other clubs are more case comp focused. So depending on what you prefer you could prioritise time between these two types of clubs.

• If you live within the campus things are incredibly easy as well as cheaper however accommodation on campus is the first to fill out so you need to apply as soon as possible.
• Food expenses are something that may be personal to people, mine comes to 500 and 100 would be any clothing or event you'd like to buy or go to.
   

I chose this university because UofT has always been my dream university since my brother was admitted here. He recently graduated. I always used to hear him boast about how UofT is such a great school and a huge opportunity for international students to grow in and explore further. The competitiveness of UofT is one thing that was scary but attractive as well as it filters out the best students from all over the world and provides opportunities to all of them through resources on campus such as on-campus jobs, clubs, and even co-ops. UofT also has a variety of teachers from all over the world, some of which who are the most experienced and the best in their field in terms of knowledge and experience. In addition, knowing that UofT is ranked 25 in the world was capitative. I feel that UofT provides its students with opportunities not only in academics and careers through Co-ops but also in all kinds of sports, while also giving us a chance to be a part of Varsity Blues. Additionally, UofT also ensures involvement on and off campus by promoting different cultural, academic, and career-oriented clubs alongside Co-ops and on-campus jobs (the opportunity to experience different industries). My experience so far at the University of Toronto has surely been delightful and enigmatic only due to the different experiences I've had. The competitiveness of my university has allowed me to understand and push myself from what I thought I could achieve and try to undertake more challenges in order to try to overcome them and succeed. UofT helped me explore the different industries I could possibly be a part of, helped me become familiar with the culture and people abroad, as well as help me become independent and ensure I do all my work myself and manage multiple tasks with no one's help right from doing my laundry to managing my studies and being productive. I have learned how to adapt to different situations, become a risk-taker, and communicate with different people, organizations, and faculty members. So far, this has truly been an experience that I will cherish for the rest of my life.

The campus life at UTM is better than I thought as it allows different people from different backgrounds to form a community in and outside their dorms. Our campus is one of the largest UofT campuses in Toronto and we have about 7 residences to choose from. Each of the on-campus facilities is different and unique in its way, many allow only two individuals to stay in an entire townhouse with a private kitchen and bathroom, whereas, a few of the other dorms allow four individuals to stay with similar amenities, whereas, there are a few where 2 people share one room (the one I hated to be honest). However, I got lucky and got one of the best dorms on campus where I shared my dorm with only one other person and had full-time access to my private kitchen and washroom. I feel like these types of residences help you connect with people from different programs and different parts of the world and allow you to interact with each other and make new friends as well. One of my first friends in university was my roommate. Apart from this, many dorms are a bit far from the main academic buildings which allows the people to stroll around campus and enjoy its beauty, whereas, many dorms are right next to the academic buildings which makes it easier for the students during harsh weather. Our dorms are well-furnished, cleaned, secured, and protected. Apart from this, I feel most of the campus buildings from our dorms to the academic buildings look amazing and consist of different classes and programs and are spread across a vast piece of land. We have both outdoor and indoor events which may include team sports, seminars, workshops, job fairs club activities, and more. Our campus life is quite nice as it has multiple areas and spaces across buildings and seating areas in buildings where students make time to chit-chat with their friends, mentors, professors, and TAs, or even meet new people and see new faces. We can spend time anywhere across the campus whether it's on the huge field, outside classes, outside the buildings, in the cafeteria, in the library, or even in our friends' dorms.

I chose this university because of the course and ranking of the university , these aspects impacted my decision. Overall experience is really great, lots of things to learn , the campus is really pretty with good professors.

The extracurricular activities are really nice, one can try to join varsity teams and open their own clubs as well.

It was quick and simple, and my advisor was very helpful with the process. She helped me fill out all of the correct forms and helped me apply for financial aid. Went over the best route for the course in my field of study.

I wasn't involved in any clubs. I kept to myself and did my studies.
