U of T Engineering International Scholar Award is presented to students planning to undertake a UG degree at the University of Toronto (U of T). Eligible candidates must be enrolled in the Faculty of Applied Sciences and Engineering at U of T.

The award amount of up to 25,000 CAD is offered to the selected students.
It can be renewed for up to 4 years if recipients maintain an average of 75% marks during the course of study.
No external application is required to be submitted by the applicants.
Eligible candidates will be automatically considered.

Selection for the U of T Engineering International Scholar Award is done on the basis of the candidate’s academic and leadership skills.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants with excellent academic records and leadership skills will be considered. In addition to this, they must meet the eligibility requirements listed below:

Applicants must be beginning 1st year of the engineering program at the University of Toronto.
They must be enrolled in any UG program at the Faculty of Applied Science and Engineering.
They must have completed secondary school outside Canada.

Application Process

No separate application form for the U of T Engineering International Scholar Award is required to be completed by the candidates.

Eligible candidates will be automatically considered on their admission application sent to the University of Toronto.
