HPNLU Shimla Ph.D Law: Fees 2025, Course Duration, Dates, Eligibility

Latest Update: HPNLU Admission 2024 for PhD program has begun and the last date to apply is February 25, 2024. Interested candidates who wish to register must complete the registration process by paying the application fee of INR 2,500 on the official website.

HPNLU Shimla PhD Important Dates 2024

Admission to the programs offered by HPNLU will be granted on the basis of score in ENtrance examination. Application to fill the online application form are as follows:

Application Process for BA- LLB, BBA- LLB & LLM:

1. Register on the official website of the CLAT
2. Fill the application form from the university website
3. Submit the form along with the required documents
4. The eligible candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of CLAT scores

Application Process for PhD:

1. Candidates have to register on the official website of the university
2. Download & submit the application form along with the required documents
3. The merit list will be announced on the basis of marks obtained in the entrance test/qualifying exam & presentation round.

To register for admission in HPNLU on the basis of CLAT scorecard.

1. Click on the link ‘Register to apply now’ on the official website of the university
2. Register providing the required details and to create the login credentials
3. Login into the application window again using the credentials created after registration
4. Fill in all the required personal and academic details
5. Click on the ‘Submit’ button
6. After filling and submitting all the required details, go to the application fee payment option
7. Choose the mode of payment (Credit card, Debit card or Net banking) as per convenience and preference
8. Verify the payment and click on ‘Proceed’ button

Application Fee for HPNLU admission application form:

Candidate must have done post graduation in relevant filed

Admission shall be made as per the Himachal Pradesh National Law University Shimla Regulations for the Doctor of Philosophy in Law (Ph.D.) and Post-Doctoral Research in Law (LL.D.).

 Application Fee is Rs 2500 for SC/ST and Rs. 3500/- for other categories.
