Admission into the adjudication and justice course can be taken by filling in for the course separately on the website of MNLU Nagpur. The selection is a four-step process. The first step is where candidates are selected based on their CLAT ranks. The candidates who qualify have to appear for a group discussion, followed by a psychometric test which is then followed by a personal interview with sitting High Court judges and other dignitaries of the legal fraternity such as senior advocates etc. Once a candidate clears all four levels then she/he can take admission based on the merit list released.

The admission process is a bit unique. After passing through CLAT you need to apply for this course. Only the Top 300 applicants are selected based on rank. This year, 2023 the person last selected had 49.5 marks with a rank of around 4000. Then those 300 selected applicants are asked for Group Discussion. Out of them, only 120 students are selected for Psychometric Test and Personal Interview Round. The psychometric test contains questions that imply how much stable you are consciously or unconsciously while coming to a decision. Then Students are asked to report to the University Campus, Nagpur where the Vice-chancellor, Retired HC/SC Judge, and Psychologist sit in a panel of 5 interviews. Based on the interview only 60 students are inducted.
The course curriculum exists not so decent and helpful in order for the profession I have chosen and over it, the project isn?t checked properly and can be copied from somewhere no plagiarism summary is taken and no compulsory moot courts or co-curricular activities are performed.
The course curriculum is so far pretty well-designed. We started with the basics, and the topics have progressed in difficulty slowly. The topics themselves are pretty interesting, but also the projects, electives and clinical courses have been very helpful in supplementing our knowledge.
Course curriculum is followed on the guidelines provided by the university. This course consists of five years and in the beginning of 4th year students are taught about actual laws in the constitution of India.
The LLM is a master degree in law. This includes the detailed study to every single law in Indian constitution which will be studied by student and will be taught how to implement it by teachers. The exam structure is divided into 10, 30 and 50 marks.
