MNLU - N A definite place you should land in.

Likes

The faculty of the university is superb with great experience many of them are graduated from different NLU's. They are more than happy to help us and clear our doubts.
The infrastructure of the university is among one of the best infrastructure of the different NLU's. Hotel rooms are spacious and also have balcony, the mess food is also good as compared to other hostel messes.

Placement Experience:

Our university is relatively new but then it also offers assessment internships and placements for students. Among the students who want placement, many of them are placed. Further, the university also conducts a recruitment drive for 5th-year students. The maximum package offered was approx 20 lakh per annum.

MNLUN is not just the College - it is way of Life

Likes

Campus Life and Social Interaction: Diverse student body and numerous clubs and organizations foster a sense of belongingness; Regular events, festivals, and activities keep the campus lively and engaging; Opportunities for making lifelong friends
Faculty Expertise and technical methods: Faculty with deep expertise and industry experience; Use of modern teaching techniques, including hands - on project and interactive sessions.

Dislikes

Issues with the curriculum and sometimes the teaching methods
Concerns about the responsiveness and helpfulness of the administration

Placement Experience:

You become elegible student for the campus placement in 4th year where you gat your PPOs from whre you have done your internships. Last year one senior got PPO from Tri Legal of 14 LPA The percentage of student get placed is 60%.

All about NLU, Nagpur

Likes

The things that mostly liked in this University is faculties. They are well and highly qualified.
Second things is about the well equipped infrastructure and facilities. Hostels give hotel vibes and rooms are well furnished.

Dislikes

Some things are under construction and the university is in the peak of getting higher.

Placement Experience:

From 4 year the students used to get the PPO and 5 year is mostly eligible to get the highly paid placement. Placement are offered by Trilegal, Shardul and Amarchand and many more. There is placement cordination committee that help to get the placement. On average 90 percentage of placement happens and it depend upon the CGPA of students. My plan after getting degree is about the litigation, as I found litigation as my core interest.

Life at a Law School that to NLU

Likes

State of the Infrastructure specially the class room, most of the class room assisted with modern technology
College also conduct various cultural fest and events like Lawkriti and Sanskrostav

Dislikes

University is in the construction phase so there are limited sports facilities as now.
Quite far from the main city so, dependent on scheduled bus timings

Placement Experience:

Placements at the university are going at a decent pace. Requirement Coordination Committee is concerned with Campus Placements assisting students and the law firm interaction at campus. Where as many of the students also option for direct litigation after the course.

Anatomy of NLU Nagpur

Likes

Well structured courses that covers all important aspects
Experienced and knowledgeable professors

Dislikes

Campus in under-construction leading to dust and dirt
Lack of fully functional library although there is enough study material

Placement Experience:

The Maharashtra national law university nagpur have a active and competent internship and recruitment committee lead by students and supported by university. Students have been placed in tier one law firms.

Opportunities and Growth Chances for Upcoming law student at Maharashtra National Law University, Nagpur

Likes

The Infrastructure is fantastic with modern usage of technology all over the campus
The Hostel and Mess is having some of the best facilities provided in the comparison of other National Law Universities.

Dislikes

The campus is a bit far from the main city
There are instances where the infrastructure is being developed but I believe it will be completed in the upcoming time

Placement Experience:

The placements of this University is particularly rising every year where the placement offers include salaries upto 15 lakhs per annum. The students get placed in tier 1 law firm such as Trilegal,Khaitan and Anagram.

Life at MNLUN

Likes

All the faculties of mnlu nagpur have outstanding achievements.
An established mooting culture and perhaps the best among all the nlu’s.

Dislikes

The collage is too far from the city and cabs are way expensive for a student to afford, hence we are stuck at the campus more often than not.

Placement Experience:

If i take the median of last three years almost 70 % of the students have been placed from our campus abd average placements are around wr lakhs and from corporate to top law firms we have all of them coming to our campus some of the top law firms that come for placement are Cyril and Shardul amadrchand, khaitan etc

Life at National Law University, Nagpur- A Student Review

Likes

Good bunch of people, lively and friendly students.
Hostels are great. One of the best in the country with centralised AC in every room and fully automated toilet and bathroom facilities.

Dislikes

Campus is still undergoing construction, hence it is not as beautiful as it is supposed to be right now.
There's a lot of empty space in the campus that is filled with dust.

Placement Experience:

Considering that the University is a new one, the placement opportunities are much lesser compared to other top NLUs. Most students also prefer to prepare for their judiciary exams rather than sit for placements. However multiple students from the University have been emplyed in tier 1 firms as well.

Course Curriculum Overview:

It's a good course meticulous efforts are poured into enriching students with values to prepare for the Judiciary examination. Faculty does utilize different teaching methodology. A added benefit lies in helping students prepare through practical interactions with professor's of practice ie. Retr. High Court, District Court Judges, Sitting Judges, Advocates, etc.

Maharashtra National Law University, Nagpur adjudication and justicing course

Likes

The best thing in the university is it's support in being academic focussed with multiple facilities available to encourage students and their wholistic growth.
The university also reimburses all students in the event of any participation by students for representing the university in various competitions via financial reimbursements and academic leaves.

Placement Experience:

The placements are provided by the university based on merit to the students of the undergraduate honours batch and bba batch. The same facility is not available for the adjudication and justice batch for obvious reasons. However, the university facilitates them by supporting internships of judicial nature and other internships too.
