Admission to the programs offered by HPNLU will be granted on the basis of score in ENtrance examination. Application to fill the online application form are as follows:

Register on the official website of the CLAT
Fill the application form from the university website
Submit the form along with the required documents
The eligible candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of CLAT scores

Application Process for PhD:

Candidates have to register on the official website of the university
Download & submit the application form along with the required documents
The merit list will be announced on the basis of marks obtained in the entrance test/qualifying exam & presentation round.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should have passed LL.B. Degree (3 years or 5 years) from any recognized University/Institution in India or Foreign University/Institution recognized as equivalent under Indian Law with a minimum of 50% of marks or equivalent grade. Provided, in case the candidate belongs to SC/ST Category, the cut off marks/grades shall be 45%.

Explanation 1: In determining equivalency, the University listed with Association of Indian Universities and any other nodal agency which is statutorily empowered to determine equivalency, will be considered.

Explanation 2: Candidates appearing in the qualifying examination shall also eligible to apply.

Explanation 3: There shall be no upper age limit. Tie Breaker Rule: In case of equal marks, the break of tie shall be as per the following procedure and order:
