- the things i like the most here is the weather of shimla it’s so peaceful here , the campus is so calming and also the faculty is great here, great seniors you will get great networking here, wonderful committees
- the campus is equipped with separate gym facilities for male and female students and open badminton court indoor sports high speed wifi connectivity
Dislikes
- the mess food here is not great we are literally begging them to make good food
- infrastructure is improving but still not at par with older nlus while scenic it’s quite far from urban amenities public transport frequency is limited and weather conditions in winter can disrupt access

- The faculty is really good. They are helpful and easily approachable. They teach in both hindi and english that helps students understand better. Various real life examples, practical activities, group discussions are conducted.
- The surroundings are beautiful with mountains and nice weather. It helps with focusing on study. The location is attractive.
- The library is very useful with a lot of resources and e-library that is easily accessible.
Dislikes
- The locality does not have a lot of shops or facilities there.
- The hostel facilities are not that good, since only 1 hostel is in campus for 1st year girls and then it shifts to a distance with rented hostels outside campus.

- The staff comprises of mostly post graduates and is highly learned in their own subjects.
- The peers are amicable and no current reports of ragging seem to be in light
- The hostel facilities are comparatively good when considered along with the hostels of most universities
Dislikes
- The library is not as rich and does not hold a plethora of all the required books.
- The university hours seem to be constricting to the student’s hobbies.

- The one thing i Liked is that the faculty here is good.
- A lot of Moot Competitions , ADR competitions , Debates , Conferences happen . And our college has done well in that.
Dislikes
- There is no playing ground. We have to travel a lot to play.
- Administrartion is corrupt. A lot of protests has happened since i joined.
- No Hostels within the campus. There is only one Hostel inside the campus other hostels are far from college.

- The faculties are knowledgeable, experienced, hard-working and well-natured .The non-teaching staff is also friendly and helpful !
- The location is absolutely breath-taking , making your memories beautiful and focusing on your work easier.
- The university continuously hosts academic courses, moots and other competitions while various committees also conduct events.
Dislikes
- The mess food requires constant supervision and the hostels besides the first years are situated at quite distanced places.
- The medical facilities demand improvement and the geographical location sets quite a few limitations at times during weather crisis.
- The placements and internship opportunities are currently a set-back , with time they shall improve.

- The environment, the greenery, regional people are sweet and mind their own business.
- The faculty is well knowledgeable, smart and is always upto date.
- The non teaching staff is friendly, sweet too. We get along easily.
Dislikes
- The administration is somewhat insensitive. There is no student body. Thus, there's a huge gap between what student wants and whether the administration is providing it or not.
- Only few cafes and essentials shops nearby. Not much to explore within and near the college. Makes it monotonous. Poor campus life.
- Poor mess food. The mess facilities could be improved to a great extent.

- Living near mountains is a real bliss. Faculty is very cooperative.
Dislikes
- University does not have it's own hostels.
- University is 22km away from shimla. So don't be mistaken that it's in shimla.

- The faculty is permanent , Experienced and Supportive, also they are mostly from other NLUs and eminent law colleges such as DU , Amity , etc.
- Access to other NLUs and being a part of the NLU culture has made me open to more opportunities and a niche legal culture, the NLU tag is worth it when it comes to getting internships and placements.
- The peace and charm this location offers is another advantage and perk which is uniquely associated with colleges of this location; hilly areas and serene views. Also having no traffic issues and healthy environment is something to be happy about.
Dislikes
- The placements are very low and internship opportunities are limited.
- The administration is rigid and unsupportive.
- Bad quality healthcare and bad medical facilities.
