Faculty:

The faculty to student ratio is 1:10 , faculties are quite friendly. Dr Kale sir, Dr Swati mam are so good at teaching and are student friendly. They understand us and helps us in whatever wat possible. Dr. Singh i dont like as he is strict. There are totally 5 exams they are quiz 1 , mid term , quiz 2 , end term theory and practical. Exams are not that much tough , maximum students pass in exams maybe 1 or 2 get back in any subject.

The faculties are well behaved and we can avail them 9am to 5pm on every working day. Dr. Saurav Singh of vegetable science and Dr. Priyanka Sharma of floriculture department are the best. They are very helpful and their teaching is also very good. Exams occur about 4 times in a semester. In my batch students are not failing now.

Student Snaps:

Faculty:

The faculty student ratio is optimal. The faculty to students relationship is good , teachers are approachable and friendly to the students. Helping and encouraging teachers we are provided with. I like the Entomology department because is like their teaching style and way of explaining the complex concepts into layman's language. I do not want to disclose the personal information of our faculties. These the best faculties as per my experience. The part I don't like is all about NSS and their activities. Teachers are good but I don't like the course. It seems to b pointless. There are 2 exam per semester one is midterm and the other is end term. We have 8 semester that has total of 16 examination. According to my experience as an average student, the exams are moderately difficult, if we study before exams we can score above 7 CGPA. The course curriculum are relevant to some point but not fully in some courses.

The ratio is i guess 2:3 in generally The professors are really engaging in their works and its very different from ither univeristies . In other univeristites the professsors they dont care about students but here they know your name individually which i feel its nice and makes the students interested. Specially the agronomy , entomology ,soil science and extension deptartment is really good here in the univeristy.

Our faculty members are good but not so supportive like teachers in our school. On my opinion Dr. Ashish Kr. Gupta is one of the best like the way he explains and supports us.Dr. Kuleshwar Sahu is also one of the best as I used to like Plant Pathology a lot.Our exams are based on CGPA scores and it's pretty Medium level exam.

Faculty:

They interact with each & every student as in each class no. of student are less so they easily interact with everyone & know everyone' s behaviour. Here also each student are assigned a advisor (professor) from who he/she can share their any issue ,personal or professional. Basically, each student come under a advisor. Almost all faculty are best here..but some are my favorites like Dr. Saurabh Singh Sir( Vegetable Science), Dr. Govind(Fruit Science), Dr. Vishwanath (Soil Science) & Dr.Arjun Ola(Vegetable science). I have best interaction with them and they always available as a guardian for me. I think all professors are good here, noone as dislike but yes one our professor Dr.Umesh pankaj, he is a microbiologist..he is best in teaching and knowledge ,but I personally feel as a teacher he don't understand the emotion of students...he taunt anything to any student and i think may be something good hides in those taunts. Talking about exam schedule, it is very hectic here. We have 2 quizes , 1 mid term , 1 practical and then end term exam.
