Course Curriculum Overview

2

The curriculum that influenced me to choose this course is fruits and flowers (floriculture and fruit science). It teaches the basics of business mind set and development of orchards and vegetables fields. Improvement should be done in the sports facilities . The frequency and timing of exams are good and optimal

Fees and Financial Aid

Year wise we paid Rs-17760 /- Per semester we paid Rs-8880/- Electricity bill we paid Rs-2700/- I think we will be paying this much very semester. The tution fees, cautions fee, registration fee, admission fee, development fee, lab fee, and other compulsory fee all are included in the semester fee of 8880/- . We need to Sumbit it at the time of semester registration. Fees is same for every category. We didn't paid for any management yet. The fees structure of my batchmates are same as mine. No relaxation for any category. We are being provided with NTS (National Talent Scholarship) of amount Rs 3000/- per month. If we score 7 or above 7 CGPA for GEN and OBC and 6.5 and above for SC and ST category then the NTS is provided at the end of semester. Medical aid is available for the students.

Campus Life

2

My experience is not what i wanted to experience but manageable. But I wish this university could conduct big festivals and annual meets to gain more popularity. Here library is appreciably good and as per the book and journals, you can find many of them. And also can have the access to e-library and all the e-books available. Classroom are provided with digital board with projectors, microphones and speakers for good teaching. Lights and air conditioners are also good. Sports here is poor and same for the extracurricular activities. Some students run social groups and clubs but It's not that popular. Doesn't put that much impact on the students life.

Admission

I choose this college because it's a central university and I thought it would be better to graduate from a central university rather than any other state university. I opted many agricultural colleges and got nominated for this college at first round of councilling . I freeze it at sight . I didn't get rejected from any college. You have to apply for the CUET examination and score around 350 to 400 marks then you can get seat in agriculture department. Admission process is too long for my season.

Faculty

3

The faculty student ratio is optimal. The faculty to students relationship is good , teachers are approachable and friendly to the students. Helping and encouraging teachers we are provided with. I like the Entomology department because is like their teaching style and way of explaining the complex concepts into layman's language. I do not want to disclose the personal information of our faculties. These the best faculties as per my experience. The part I don't like is all about NSS and their activities. Teachers are good but I don't like the course. It seems to b pointless. There are 2 exam per semester one is midterm and the other is end term. We have 8 semester that has total of 16 examination. According to my experience as an average student, the exams are moderately difficult, if we study before exams we can score above 7 CGPA. The course curriculum are relevant to some point but not fully in some courses.

Night Life

1

Placement Experience:

The placements for the B.Sc Agriculture course at Invertis University are growing but may not be very high compared to technical courses. Some companies visit the campus for agriculture-related roles such as agri-input companies, seed companies, fertilizer companies, and marketing positions. Students with good communication and technical knowledge usually get good opportunities. However, not every student may get a direct campus placement.

Placement Experience:

Students get placed in starting of 4th year that is 7th semester. The companies that often visit are pradhan co.pvt.ltd, seed companies and drone companies also companies like Nestle and britannia visit for placements. Highest ctc in 2025 was 19LPA and the avg was 7.5 LPA these data are also available on nirf site. Nearly 30% students get placed because remaining prefer higher studies over placement, those who are financially weak consider placement. My plans are different, I'm preparing for CAT and want to persue mba in agribusiness management from iim ahmedabad or iim lucknow.
